  1. Hola amigo
  2. Ya que el problema se ha solucionado, procedo a cerrar este post Kvar
  3. Saludos, @alfonsojose Tu Wobbuffet ha sido restaurado y debería estar en tu PC. ¿Podrías comprobarlo?
  4. Greetings, @GolxDxroger Unfortunately, we cannot intervene nor assist you in this situation, as it's entirely on the user's responsibility to catch them and deliver them to the NPC. It would be unfair towards other users that also barely missed the 0.5% as they were not quick enough to deliver the pokemon. Kind regards, Kvar
Kvar
  6. Glad to know your issue was resolved I'll now lock this thread. Kind regards, Kvar
  7. Greetings, @Cr4zyLobster My apologies for the inconvenience. This bug is known and it should be fixed in the next Client Update. Kind regards, Kvar
  8. Greetings, @RaiyanHQ My apologies for the delay. The bug has been fixed in your account and you should be able to continue story now. This bug should now be resolved. Please, forward me any information or issues you may find in the future related to this bug. Kind regards, Kvar
  9. Greetings, @Feeelrr As commented above, the repel will only protect you from wild pokemon if they are at a lower level than the first pokemon of your party. As an example: If the pokemon in an area can spawn from level 24 to 29 and the first pokemon in your team is level 30, if you use a repel, you will not find any wild pokemon. If the pokemon can spawn from 24 to 30 and the first pokemon in your team is level 30, if you use a repel, sometimes you will find some level 30 encounters. If the pokemon can spawn from 31 to 35 and the first pokemon in your party is level 30, using repels will have no effect. As the issue has been resolved, I will now lock this thread. Kind regards, Kvar
  10. Greetings, @RafArnaldi Your pokemon has been restored. In the future, use the Restore Megathread. Kind regards, Kvar
  11. Greetings, @Marley47 A similar bug sometimes occurs in this situation. You can repeat the steps above but ignoring its happiness indicator: -Let Ponyta faint against a wild pokemon -Close and restart your client -Heal your Ponyta -Level up your Ponyta again I hope this resolves your issue
  12. Greetings, @Marley47 Once your Riolu is at full happiness, you can try using a Rare Candy on it to level it up, or level it up against wild pokemon during Daytime to get to evolve it. If your evolution prompt doesn't pop up, try these steps: -Let your Riolu faint once against a wild pokemon -Close your client entirely and reboot it -Heal your Riolu in a pokecenter -Defeat wild pokemon again until it levels up and evolves I hope this resolves your issue let me know if your issue still persists. Kind regards Kvar
  13. Greetings, @erdem123 My apologies for the inconvenience. There seems to be no related issue as multiple users have recently caught HA Hippopotas. Kind regards, Kvar
  14. Greetings, @Thowas Unfortunately, I regret to tell you that your request must be denied. As you yourself admit, it was a mistake on your end that caused your loss and not a server sided error or a script error. We cannot revert this in any way. I hope you understand. Furthermore, it would be unfair towards other users who lost in the past against the same boss. Donating to the game does not give a player special treatment or benefits that other players would not receive. Kind regards, Kvar
  15. Greetings, @Dkgsa1212 Could you speak to the NPC above Brawly and then with Brawly NPC, and screenshot both of the conversations? Looking forward to your response.
  16. Greetings, @LxMattAranxl Pokemon Marts will progressively sell more items as you advance through the game and acquire more Gym Badges. Furthermore, you may also find other advanced or superior healing items in Department Stores (Celadon, Goldenrod, Lilycove and Veilstone) and some NPC around the regions will sell them to you. I hope this has resolved your issue :)
  17. Greetings, @RaiyanHQ If possible, please do not move anywhere, do not perform any trades and do not do anything in the affected account for now. I have forwarded the issue to our scripters and they will respond as soon as possible.
  18. Greetings, @Felid000 Magnemite's Hidden Ability, Analytic, seems to be perfectly catchable and obtainable. It is only a 5% chance that a pokemon has their Hidden Ability, unless you have Black Medallion active, which boosts the chance up to 25%. We suggest you try your luck in Power Plant or New Mauville, where Magnemites can be found very easily, and Magneton can also be found there. Unfortunately, luck is sometimes not on our side. As the issue is resolved, I will now lock this thread. Kind regards, Kvar
  19. Saludos, @Spectre21 Si caminas de vuelta a la ruta 101 y 103 deberías poder continuar las batallas en las que estabas y progresarás en la quest
  20. Welcome back! :)
  21. Glad to know your issue was resolved I'll now be locking this thread. Kind regards, Kvar
  22. Greetings, @lefterisn33 Could you Rare Candy your Chimchar to level 100, then use two Mysterious Candy at level 100 to evolve it twice? I have personally tested the issue in Test Server and it seems to work properly once you hit level 100.
  23. @lefterisn33 Try repeating these steps: 1,- Faint your pokemon. 2.- Close and restart your PRO Client. 3.- Heal the pokemon. 4.- Use a Mysterious Candy or a Rare Candy. I have forwarded the issue so we can check it. My apologies for the inconvenience
  24. Greetings, @lefterisn33 Could you try letting your Chimchar faint, then using a Mysterious Candy on it? If this does not work, could you restart your Client entirely and try this again? Looking forward to your response.
  25. Greetings, @PoweR Most EXP Curves are very different in PRO. PRO has a higher EXP curve for almost all pokemon, where you need way more experience than the original games to level up. However, this is also due to the fact that you also earn way more experience than in the original games. In PRO, the curve is way more multiplicative and increases dramatically as you level up more and more. I hope this has resolved your issue. If you have any other questions, please let us know
