Greetings, @Shivanaveen As mentioned above, each time you enter a new region you will need to beat each required badge in each region to be able to use HM Surf. You should also be able to use other HM such as Cut and Flash immediately upon entering the region. I hope this has resolved your issue. In Johto, you will need the 4th Badge. In Hoenn, the 5th Badge. In Sinnoh, the 5th Badge. Kind regards, Kvar

Greetings, @Bhabzayed As mentioned above, logging in Test Server is quite easy: Boot up your PRO Client. In the login screen, write your identification details (Username and Password). Afterwards, press the F2 button. The console will open. Write test in the console. Then, press the key Enter. You should now be in the Test Server. Please, remember that all progress done in the test server WILL NOT CARRY onto Live Servers. Kind regards, Kvar
