Greetings, @Gwegi My apologies for the inconvenience. This is a known issue caused by disconnecting at the same moment you attempt to learn a new move. You should be able to learn Psybeam if you talk to the Move Relearner NPC that is found in all four regions. He can be found in: Kanto: Cerulean and Saffron Johto: Goldenrod and Blackthorn Hoenn: Slateport and Sootopolis Sinnoh: Hearthome and Snowpoint. I hope this has resolved your issue. If possible, could you try playing on a Wifi connection, or if you use mobile data, could you use a VPN when you try to play with data and answer back if your issue was resolved? Greetings, @taskiner You can purchase a Mysterious Candy in the PvP, PvE Coin Shops or in any Department Store and then use it like a Rare Candy on your Sliggoo, even at level 100. You need to use it in an area where it rains. To know if it rains, enable the Weather effects in your option settings ingame. One of the most frequent places is Pastoria City in Sinnoh, where it almost always rains. You can use a Candy there and it should trigger your evolution prompt. If you talk to the Old Grandma in the Temple whenever she is in front of a different painting, she will give you different hints. Some of them will lead you on what to do next. With these Casino Chips you can then play Quack Jack up to 10 per hand, and if you win the Chips are converted to Casino Coins.
