  3. Greetings, @Madara I apologise for the inconvenience. What you are saying is completely true. The NPC was disabled recently, the 14th of November, as the World Quest now serves its purpose. If you talked to the NPC previously to that date, it was still functional. I appreciate the response, as I was able to correct this post. If you want to obtain the other pokemon from the Legendary Duo/Trio, you'll have to use a Mysterious Ticket to have a chance at capturing them. Kind regards, Kvar

  6. Greetings, @LeoFlo24 Unfortunately, we cannot de-evolve your Clefable to Clefairy as it is impossible to do with our current tools. You can still teach it Moonblast with the Pre Evo Move Tutor in Kanto's Route 5 Daycare. The Daycare can be unlocked by defeating Naero Boss in Cerulean Cave. Furthermore, you can also ask another player to teach the move for you. If you choose to do so, please take screenshots of the full conversation and the trade itself.   8. Greetings, @Kolmi I apologise for the inconvenience. Since the introduction of the World Quest, the NPC has been disabled as the World Quest does its function in its place. Using a Mysterious Ticket, you will have the opportunity to capture Latias if you so desire. Additionally, you can catch other legendary pokemon from the other legendary trios (such as the Legendary Dogs and Regis) if you caught one of them but are missing the other ones.   9. Greetings, @BossGiovanni Unfortunately, Hidden Power is classified as a normal type move which changes its typing depending on your IVs. Thus, it will not work for the Mega Charizard X Quest. Alternatively, you can train another level 100 OT Dragon Type Pokemon with Dragon Dance such as Dragonite with a Fire Type move such as Flamethrower, Fire Blast or Fire Punch and submit it for the quest. Dragonite learns Dragon Dance via level up, Fire Punch in Route 42's tutor, Flamethrower via TM purchasable in Cinnabar Gym and Fire Blast via TM purchasable in Goldenrod Mart.   12. Greetings, @Baffo. When you get the evolution prompt from Nincada, it will always show that it wants to evolve to Ninjask, no matter if you have an empty space in your team or not. When you evolve it, as long as you have one or two empty slots in your party and Poke Balls in your inventory, you will additionally receive a Shedinja in your team. Thus, if you meet these conditions, you can click the "Yes" prompt. Nincada will evolve to Ninjask and Shedinja will additionally appear in your team, with the ability Wonder Guard.   23. Greetings, @HarlequinOver As stated above by Norex, there is a TM Tutor for Avalanche located in Route 216. Each usage of the tutor will cost 15,000 pokedollars. Depending on the pokemon you want to teach it to, it may require a move relearner (if the move is a level-up learnset move, which you can check in your Pokedex), an egg move tutor (which can be accessed in the Daycare in Route 5 after defeating Naero Boss, or a preevo move tutor, which is also in the Daycare.     Greetings, @Vasif I apologise for any inconveniences experienced. When you faint in a wild battle or a Trainer/NPC battle, you will lose a 5% of your money, as stated above by Norex.
