Hello @Hopev2. My apologies for the inconvenience. Can you try closing your client completely, then level up your Sliggoo under rain in the overworld again? If it still does not evolve, then you can use a Mysterious Candy to force it to evolve. The overworld rain would still be required though. You can buy Mysterious Candy at any Department Store, PvE Coin Master, or PvP Coin Master for 5,000, 2 PvE Coins, or 1 PvP Coin, respectively. If even with the Mysterious Candy it does not evolve, please share a video or screenshots of you using the candy on your Sliggoo under rain. We will investigate if there is an issue, in that case.

Hello @Aluhellsing. My apologies for the late response. You can request a name change through the Dashboard, not through the forums. Simply login using the same credentials you use to log into the game, select the Change Username option on the left side and insert the name you wish to change to. Keep in mind that the username must not already be taken, must not be inappropriate, and your infraction history must be relatively clean for the change to be accepted. A name change costs 500 coins, which must be in your account at the time the name change is requested. If your request is not accepted, for any reason, the coins will be returned to your account. Do note that the team responsible for name changes—Game Masters—have a heavy workload and due to that, it can take some time for the request to be processed. For that, we ask for your patience. So, unfortunately, you cannot go back and get the items you missed.
