  4. Alright, so. Looks like you didn't contribute enough IVs to reach 0.5%. You contributed 867(0.48) IVs, while 889(0.5%) IVs were required. Do you happen to have a screenshot of the NPC saying you contributed 0.53%?
  5. Hello @Hellcallerpain. My apologies for the late response. In these situations, we always recommend to continue through the lost progress. This is because we are able to count the progress lost, and if we can confirm the server crash, we can see if you would have contributed enough for the rewards if there was no crash. However, counting all 7 Larvesta you submitted to the Mysterious Cultist, you did not reach the required 0.5% needed for a Mysterious Ticket. Therefore, we cannot give you one. I'm sure this is not the response you were hoping for, but please try to understand.

  7. Hello @Psychicm8ster. We'd be glad to assist you in evolving your Haunter. However, the requirement to trade is having the 4th Kanto badge(Rainbow Badge from Celadon City). Until you obtain that badge, we cannot help you with your trade evolution. On another note, for these types of requests, we ask that you use the Trade Evolution megathread or the #request-chat in the PRO Discord server. I'll leave this thread open so that when you get the 4th badge, you can reply here and I'll help you out.

  14. Hello @Coono. This is not a bug, but an intended interaction between the moves. Sound-based moves, with the exception of Howl, are able to bypass Substitute. Hyper Voice is one of the sound-based moves.

  18. Hello @Chamaleo. Those guards are blocking the entrance to the Pokémon League Reception Gate, which is opened after obtaining the 8 Kanto badges required to challenge the Pokémon League. To progress, you'll need to take the northern exit in Viridian City. I've attached an image to show you where it is.

  24. On mobile, there is an option in settings labeled Console. Try doing the steps I mentioned above.
