Hello @Joker786. My apologies for the confusion. During the Heatran quest, the NPC Buck will take away all your Rare Candy and Master Ball(s) until you've completed the quest. If you do not complete it, then he will keep the items until you have done so. Once completed, he will return the items when spoken to. Since you have not completed the quest, your Rare Candy are being withheld by Buck. I hope this clears things up. If not, or if you have further questions, please let me know.

It looks like you traded x1 Big MS Medallion to Tokopedia on the 11th of October. Does this trade sound familiar? Is it perhaps the same medallion you're looking for?

Hello @SnappyWNL. In order for earn another chance at capturing Articuno, you’ll need to defeat Nikola boss, who can be found in Unknown Place, Trainers Valley. After defeating Nikola, select Articuno from the options he gives you, and Articuno will respawn in the same location it originally spawned in. Let me know if you have further questions.

Hello @Salesluiz. Can you try speaking to Dr. Neumann inside the Kitchen of the S.S. Anne? He will ask you to bring a Pecha Berry to Jenson(the NPC you're speaking to). One of which can be found inside one of the trash cans within the kitchen, if you do not already have one in your inventory. After giving Jenson a Pecha Berry, he will tell you to find Blissey in the Ballroom to receive the potion needed to heal the Captain. Hope this clarifies things. Hello @Goublon. My apologies for the inconvenience. The solution All chat gave you works only for Pokémon that evolve through happiness. Gible is not one of those, so that solution wouldn’t work. Can you try completely closing your client, relaunching it, then leveling up your gible once more and see if you receive the evolution prompt? In addition, even if your Gible reaches level 100 without evolving, you can force the evolution through the use of a Mysterious Candy. The Developers are aware of this bug, but it’s hard to say when it will be addressed since there are more pressing matters to attend to. If you have further questions, please let me know.

Evolving it will bar that particular Pikachu from learning Surf. But, you can still teach surf to another one of your Pikachu.

Hello @Wakaranaii. This happens as a result of Machamp’s ability No Guard. This ability allows the bearer to always hit its moves, regardless of base accuracy or any accuracy/evasion stat changes made during battle. Hope this clarifies things. If you have further questions, please let me know.

My apologies for the delay. Yes, the starters are limited to which region you’re in. Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle for Kanto. Chikorita, Cyndauil, Totodile for Johto and so on.

Hello @Tengrikun. First off, welcome to PRO. We’re glad you showed interest in our game and hope you do decide to download and begin playing. To answer your first question: players can be seen in the overworld. So it’s more so the latter than the former. There’s not necessarily “hubs” where everyone just idles by, but some cities are naturally more populous than others due to the flow of player traffic or because of what the city is home to. For example, Vermillion City is the most visited city because of how much there is to do there and because of it’s centralized location in Kanto. You’re likely to see dozens of players shift in and out of there on a regular basis. Now, regarding your second question: you can obtain every Pokémon that’s currently available, with the exception of event-exclusive Pokémon, without the need for any real-money transactions. Some Pokémon spawn exclusively for players with active membership, but you can still obtain those Pokémon by trading for them with other players. Furthermore, you can purchase Membership with in-game currency, allowing you to hunt Membership-exclusive Pokémon without having to donate a single penny. Do note, however, that Toucannon is currently not obtainable in the game, alongside the majority of Generation 7 Pokémon. But, to stick with your Pirate theme, you could seek out a Summer-form Oshawott(shown below). Hello @Klingstor. The Spearow you received is meant to be delivered to a guard near the bike shop in Goldenrod City. The bike shop is in the southeast part of town. Can you try speaking with that guard? Let me know if you continue to have issues with this.
