This should place you in the last Pokémon Center you visited. If this is not an option, please give me a timeframe of when you’ll be online so I can move you out.

In Dratini's case, that would be: Safari Exclusive (active Membership required) Love Island Dragons Den Dragons Shrine Dragonspiral Tower 6F Mt. Coronet 4F (Fishing with Super Rod) As for Shiny Pokémon, the chance is 1/8192 from wild Pokémon. Third-time boss rewarded Pokémon have a 1/4096 of being Shiny if you select the Shiny option.
