  7. You need to defeat the boss after getting the bell so that the legendary beast can spawn. Now, with the bell, you need to beat the boss three consecutive times to get the guaranteed spawn. Each individual win has a 16.6% chance to spawn the legendary beast.

  9. Hello once again. Seems I misread your question. As announced in the PRO Discord, the soul-bound Reroll Ticket will be given after the next client update. In the following announcement, it was stated that the client update has been delayed. Therefore, the Reroll Ticket was also delayed.
  10. Hello @Neternet. To expand on what Fafouney said, the guaranteed spawn comes after winning three consecutive times while having the respective bell. In other words, beating the Guardian 2 times, getting the bell, then beating it a third time won’t guarantee a spawn. In order to get the Bell, please follow this guide.   11. Hello @Davil21. In order to receive a Mysterious Ticket from the Mysterious Cultist, you must contribute at least 0.5% of the total IVs. In this instance, the total IVs required were 100,000 on Silver and 100,002 on Gold. Meaning that a player had to contribute at least 500 IVs on Silver or 501 IVs in Gold, in order to earn a ticket. Simply participating is not enough to earn a ticket. As shown in the image you provided, you contributed 3 Guzzlord, totaling 291 IVs. Since that was not at least 0.5% of the total IVs required, you did not receive a Mysterious Ticket. I hope this clears things up. If you have further questions, please let me know.

  15. Hello @Agron1000. My apologies for the late response. Can you try fighting Horon in Dark Valley? He should allow you to re-enter the Dark Realm upon defeating him. Do note, however, that you must defeat him without having any of your Pokémon faint. Let me know if you have further questions or if the issue persists.

  23. Hello @Juanluispf. Synchronize has a 50% chance of working. Unfortunately, it didn’t work this time and you got a neutral nature. Fortunately, you can chance your Darkrai’s nature with the use of a Nature Reroll Ticket. With this item, you can select which nature you want. Note that this only works for legendary Pokémon.   24. Hello @Supraa. Account deletion is not something we can provide right now. This is because we don’t have a comfortable way for it to be done. Creating a new one would mean you surpass the 4 account limit every player has, and you would be punished accordingly. You’ll have to play on one of your other 3 unused accounts.
