Hello @Kapseww. My apologies for the late response. Opening more than one client to trade with yourself is completely allowed. Whether it’s for trade evolutions or something else, it is allowed. What is not allowed is doing ranked PvP matches with yourself, both normal and random. In addition, if you not want to open more than one client, you can always request Staff to assist you with your trade evolutions. For this, you can make a request in the Trade Evolutions megathread or in the #request-chat in the PRO Discord server.

Hello @Lacunoir. My apologies for the inconvenience. Happiness evolutions trigger the moment the happiness reaches 255. After that, the Pokémon has to reach 255 again. So, you will need to lower its happiness(usually done by having it faint against a wild Pokémon), then have it reach 255 again. In Riolu's case, this has to be done during daytime as well. Sometimes, there is a need to close your client and retry the process. Can you tell me in which way you fainted the Riolu?

Hello, sorry for the delay. We do not reset quest progress for anyone. After some investigation, it seems you did not fight the Dialga in Eterna City and the Arceus in Spear Pillar. You will need to do fight both of them and then you can proceed with your quest normally. Please try that and get back to me.

Hello @Linhsupper2623. My apologies for the late response. The hints given out by the NPCs are randomized. You could get the same hint 3 times or you could get 3 different hints. This is how it was designed so that it's not too easy to always find the Treasure Room. Sometimes, you will just have to take a guess and hope the hole you pick leads to the Treasure Room. Hello @Xisaaccrazyx. My apologies for the late response. Regarding the Cindy NPC, can you try to rescue her once more? As for Reshiram, the Light Stone is a random drop for completing the Dungeon. It can take you one try or ten tries, but it is completely luck-based. You'll need to keep doing the Dungeon until you get the Light Stone. Once you do have it, climb up Dragonspiral Tower in Evergreen Island Village and you will be able to battle and catch Reshiram. If you have further questions, please let me know.

Hello, We need some sort of proof that the NPC is not where it's supposed to be, so we don't waste time blindly looking for a bug that may very well not exist. It could be the case that you just didn't notice the NPC.

Hello @Robinc. My apologies for the late response. Scoring 0 is most likely due to your party taking too long to complete the dungeon, which lowered the score to 0. As for rescuing 0 of the 3 NPCs, can you provide a screenshot of the NPC that’s saying that and said NPCs dialog?

Hello @Logis. My apologies for the late response. In order to obtain any Mega Stone, you first need the Mega Bracelet, which you are yet to obtain. You can get it by doing a quest in Vermilion City Library. Here is a guide if you need one. After getting the Mega Bracelet, speak with Adventurer Cletus again and he should give you the Lucarionite. Hello @Nickkloss. You do not have to beat the Sinnoh League in order to access the event island. You simple need to be able to access the sailor, this applies for all regions. So, in Sinnoh, you’ll need to unlock Canalave City, which doesn’t happen until after the fifth badge. Let me know if you have further questions.

Hello @Andyman9988. My apologies for the late response. Currently, the Blue-Stripe form of Basculin is not obtainable. But, any basculin caught has a chance to be any of the four abilities between the Red-Stripe and Blue-Stripe. However, a Pokémon simply changing its ability like how you claim is unheard of. The only time a Pokémon changes it’s ability is when it evolves into a Pokémon with a different ability, such as Friend Guard Clefairy evolving into Unaware Clefable. What you’re claiming has not been seen before and I will forward it to our Testers to see if they can reproduce this. If you have any further evidence, please share it with us.

Hello @Yihyun. My apologies for the late response. The NPC Thomas spawns in Temple Of Truth Room 11.2. The screenshot you've posted is of Temple Of Truth Room 11.1. When doing the Temple Of Truth dungeon, the room you get is randomized, so you effectively have a 50/50 chance of getting either 11.1 or 11.2. So to get Thomas, you will have to keep trying until you get the 11.2 room. I know this may not be the answer you wanted, but that is just how it is. Let me know if you have further questions.
