  1. Unfortunately this was not possible. The quest dictates it should be finished within 24 hours. Regrettably, there were not enough participants to complete the quest and we cannot compensate players for not finishing the required tasks of the World Quest.

  3. Hello @awesome56. It looks like your progress is intact on the Gold server. Is there any particular reason you think it was deleted? Or did you perhaps mistakenly log into the Silver server?

  5. Hello @Kaijuleaf. Apologies for the late response. The Purple Fire Wings are a Staff-only cosmetic. They are rewarded to Staff members only and are not available to players. Though this may not be the answer you were hoping for, I hope it at least clears up your question.

  12. Hello @Marley47. Apologies for the late response. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to de-evolve Pokémon. This is due to our current tool limitations which do not give us the ability to do so.
  13. Yes you can mega evolve it. As long as you have the Mega stone for the Pokémon, it does not matter where or when you got it.

  16. Hello @johnny285. With the purchase of the daily pass, you are allowed to freely leave and enter any of the safari zones. You can go buy more Pokeballs and return to the safari without being charged the entry fee.

  20. Several players have had similar issues and they have been solved by using a VPN. Can you try to use one and see if it solves your issue?
  21. Hello @Olker. Apologies for the late response. Though this sentiment is understandable, it is a decision to be made by the Devs. Luckily, it seems that this will be done. If a new one is started or if the current one is restarted, it will be announced in the PRO Discord server. Make sure to keep an eye on the #announcements channel so you don't miss it.

As for Ash, I think it may have been just a coincidence when the server crashed. However, if it happens more than once in the exact same way, please let me know.
