Hello @Alain0980. Apologies for the late response. It appears you have unintentionally begun the Cresselia quest. You should receive the option to travel between regions again after completing a portion of the quest. If you remain stuck, please let me know and I will assist you further. Since this may cause problems for other users in the future, I will forward it to our Content Scripters and see if a change is possible.

Hello @Yeetdoer. Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, you are correct in your assumption that we will not reset your boss cooldown. That is because it would be unfair to previous players who were also denied and because we cannot prove whether the loss was the game's fault or the user's fault. As for the potential bugs, we will need more information to properly investigate them. Without key details we cannot properly test it and it may take longer than it should. Disable could fail for a couple reasons. Could you tell us what Pokémon you were using? What Pokémon you were fighting? What move did that Pokémon use? For Mimikyu, what Pokémon were you battling? Were you hit already and lost the Disguise? What move did it use against you, if any? -

Looks like you are looking at the HP bar instead. The happiness bar is the orange bar. To check the happiness, use the command /happy 1-6. 1-6 being the slot number of the Pokémon you want to check. So, if you want to check the happiness of the Pokémon on your 4th slot, you would type /happy 4. As shown in your screenshot, the happiness is not close to 150. Take a look at the image below to see how you can gain and lose happiness.

A couple of days ago, I exchanged a butterfree and 20,000 coins for a bayleef, conn a player named tts, unfortunately the chat was closed so I can't show it, I would like to put this bayleef in the pc because keeping it in the first slot is annoying.

Hello @Ahir. Apologies for the late response. Currently, the mega stones for Lucario and Kangaskhan have not been made available. We cannot disclose when, or if, they will be made available. As for the Mirror Shards: Excavation sites have been enabled again, so you can obtain Mirror Shards from them. If you have any other questions, please let me know.

Hello @Yash004. Apologies for the late response. Your Zapdos has been successfully restored. In the future, please use the restore Pokémon megathread for these kinds of requests. Additionally, if you were attempting the Nikola trick, then I must inform you it will only work once per legendary. Purposefully releasing your legendary Pokémon to respawn them with Nikola is not something we recommend doing and can potentially leave you with no legendary at all. Since the issue has been resolved, I will lock this thread. If you have another question or issue, don't hesitate to make another post.

Apologies for the delay. Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce your situation. We suspect it is a client sided issue. Resultantly, can you try deleting all your PRO files and download the game again?
