It would appear that Pokémon can still miss moves after receiving the ability No Guard through means such as Trace or Imposter. Thank you for reporting this problem. If you check Rotom's Pokédex entry again, you should be able to see that the Safari Area 2 map was added. If you want to report anything else, please feel free to make a new thread. Hello @Feeelrr, Thank you for taking the time to report this visual issue. It appears that gaining multiple levels at once sometimes results in the wrong level being displayed. The correct level should be the one that your Pokémon has once the battle ends instead of the one it seems to have while the EXP bar is still filling up. Hello @Feeelrr, Thank you for your report and sorry for the inconvenience. After further testing, it seems that the issue that you are describing is directly related to the Pinkan Island quest and occurs in several areas of the Pinkan Island Forest map where quest-related NPCs and cutscenes used to be. Unfortunately, due to the way that this quest is currently coded, nothing can be done about these issues until it is fully reworked. For now, we recommend avoiding the few spots that always cause some lag issues. I am sorry if this is not the answer that you were hoping for, but our CS team has been made aware of this problem and it will hopefully be fixed in the future. Have a good day!

Hello @sehuno, Thank you for your report. Can you go back to the top of Sky Pillar and talk to Jackson to return to the Moon once again? This process will not cost you any money. Make sure to find Rayquaza in Moon B1F. It should teleport you back to Sootopolis City. You should then be able to talk to Steven to progress with the story. Please let us know if you still encounter the same issue!

Hello @Regabi, I am sorry for the inconvenience. However, I am afraid that this feature is intended. Ferroseed's only ability before evolving into Ferrothorn is Iron Barbs, which means that it has a slim chance of receiving its Hidden Ability, Anticipation, when it evolves. This happens with other Pokémon, such as Pupitar, and there is nothing we can do about these unfortunate cases. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Have a good day!

Hello @sehuno, Did you talk to the Casino Owner after chasing Abra out of the Veilstone Casino? If so, try interacting with the hiker next to the meditating Alakazam once you reach Mt. Coronet Summit. You should then be able to initiate a conversation with Alakazam. Please let us know if you are still stuck after following these steps!

Hello @Josew43, Can you scroll all the way down then click "Accept"? If you still encounter the same issue, try closing any other apps that are running in the background and restart the game. Rebooting your device and reinstalling PRO might help as well. Another potential fix involves trying to lower your phone resolution over and over again.
