Hello there! I apologize for the inconvenience of your wings going missing. Unfortunately, there were a number of people that received the Cyan Fire Wings due to a glitch which were only exclusive to the event during the Summer of 2020. With the latest client update, they were removed from the accounts that had them mistakenly. Please note this was something not caused by you, so do not worry about being penalized. Furthermore, although we will not be adding the wings back to your account again, we will be adding 25k Pokedollars to your account (if not done so already) for the trouble and inconvenience. Again, I apologize for the confusion in this regard. As there is no further action to take here, I will go ahead and lock this thread. Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience the party exp. share is causing you. Unfortunately, there is no way to disable this until it is turned off for the entire client. However, if you buy Knockout Drops from any of the Poke Shops or Department Stores, you can avoid some of your party members from gaining exp. by fainting them. Additionally, fainting them in battle will have the same effect. That would be the only way to avoid your party members gaining exp and EVs from battling. I know this may not be the answer you were looking for, but I hope this information helps, nonetheless. @Cherrio10 Thank you for all the information you have provided me with so far. Unfortunately, it looks like we are unable to locate these Pokemon without any further information/details about them. In the future, if something happens to your Pokemon, accidental release for instance, you can create a post in the Restore Pokemon Megathread. It is always helpful if you have the ID of the Pokemon or any other characteristics that could help us find it. I truly apologize that we cannot find the Pokemon that you are looking for. Hello there! I am sorry to hear that you cannot find your Machamp. I have looked through your account (Cherrio10), and, unfortunately, I do not see a Star Wars Machamp in your possession. Is it possible that you traded it away to another player or maybe you have it on an alternate account? If you do not believe this to be the case, then any other describing factors on this Pokémon (IVs, nature, OT (Original Trainer), ID, etc.) would be very helpful in allowing me to help you find it. When merging your accounts from the old "Red" and "Blue" servers, please keep in mind that you need to merge the data from both of the servers to regain all of your progress. Hello there! The pink question marks mean that you have to have an active Membership in order for that Pokemon to spawn in that specific location. For example, this is a screenshot of the Reborn Discord bot that shows spawns for specific Pokemon based on the map name or the Pokemon that you are looking for: You can see that Skorupi requires MS (Membership) in order to spawn on Route 114. You can purchase a membership via the Coin Shop In-Game. Once you have one in your bag, simply click it to start its effects! Hello there! The Punk Jacket color will not change in the Summer Event shop no matter what side you choose. The Blue Punk Jacket is already available in the PVE Coin shop which you can access by talking to the PVE Coin Master. I hope this information was helpful to you! As mentioned above, there is currently no client version that is available for iOS for now. If sideloading is something that the Developers consider taking advantage of, or if there are any changes regarding the client versions to support more operating systems, rest assured that there will be announcements with such updates which you can follow in the Official PRO Discord. Hello there! There are no actual differences between the two servers in terms of the gameplay and all in-game aspects of PRO besides the player base and the Guilds that are hosted on each. However, you can treat each server as a separate save file in a sense, so if you wanted to start fresh you could do so on the server that you have not started on. Additionally, if you ever wanted to transfer to a different server, you could do so for free every 30 days, or for 100 coins if you wish to transfer within that cooldown period. You can find more information on transferring via the "Transfer" tab on your dashboard: PRO Dashboard. You're welcome! If this does not work, there is also an issue with some antiviruses that could cause some needed files to be deleted. To fix this, please either temporarily disable/deactivate your antivirus, or whitelist PRO from your antivirus. After doing so, please redownload the client from the link that I provided above.
