  5. Hello there! Firstly, congratulations on your victory against the Kanto Elite 4 . To access the Johto Region please do the following: Head west from Viridian City into the Pokémon League Reception Gate. From there, head south to Route 26, then to Route 27, and finally to Route 28. Following Route 28, you will be in Johto. You will receive a warning explaining that you cannot go back to Kanto and all your Kanto Pokémon will be locked until you obtain the 8th Johto badge. Make sure to remove any held items your Pokémon may have, as they will be locked alongside the Pokémon that they are equipped to.   7. Hello there! As @Lugario mentioned, all NPC Trainers (unless noted otherwise), will have a 7-day cooldown until you are able to fight them again. This includes the Ash Ketchum in Viridian Forest which I assume is the one you are referring to. With that being said, you are more than welcome to battle him again after the cooldown expires!   11. Hello there! I apologize for the inconvenience. After checking your account, I see that you have already caught Latias. Unfortunately, you are currently not able to catch both Latias and Latios via the quest. There was a time when changing your chosen legendary once was possible but has since then been removed with the addition of the World Quest. With that being said, you can still obtain Latios by participating in any of the upcoming World Quests and contributing at least 0.5% of the total IV requirement in order to claim a Mysterious Ticket. For more information on World Quests, you can visit the PRO Wiki Page on the subject here: World quests. Please note, once you claim the Mysterious ticket, Latios has the same chance to spawn as any other legendary that may spawn on Birth Island, so it may take multiple attempts before you find it!   23. Hello there! Firstly, unfortunately, we cannot reset your game so that you can restart from the beginning on the server that you have been playing on. With that being said, you are more than welcome to start fresh on the server that you have not played on since your save state goes by a single server basis. Additionally, I know you said you wanted to keep the name of your account, but you are allowed to create up to 4 accounts which could be another option you can explore. Concerning controller support, you can enable the "Allow Controller" setting in the options of the game. Please note that the integration for controller support is not perfect and some players have experienced issues with this setting. If you do encounter issues with this, the bugs are already known and there is currently no ETA on when they will be fixed. I know this might not be the answer you were hopeful for, but nonetheless, I hope this information was helpful to you.
