Hello there! I'd be happy to give you some information on this. Based on the picture you uploaded, everything looks intentional and correct in terms of scaling and resolution. There are a couple of things you can try in order to make the game feel a bit more zoomed in. Try lowering your resolution. Generally, the higher resolution you play on, the more zoomed out it will seem. Play around with the GUI Scale setting in the "Graphics" menu of Settings. This will increase the size of things like your Pokemon party I apologize that the game might seem a bit more zoomed out than usual, but I hope that these changes will help it feel more like you remember it! I checked your account, and it looks like you are still missing some owned Pokemon data that may be causing you issues in completing the quest. One of the requirements for the quest is the following: Additionally, you need to have at least 210 evolutions as that is another requirement for the quest. If he says "I have lost my research book somewhere in my lab here..." this should prompt that the book will now be under his pillow. It is also possible that you have already picked up the research book in which case talking to Bill will give you a S.S Anne Ticket to board the ship. In order to pass them, you will need to complete the subsequent part of the quest where you need to find a total of 3 Team Rocket members that are hid throughout various places of Pinkan Island Forest to proceed with the quest and to proceed to Pinkan Island Cliffs. Please try decreasing its happiness level via knocking it out in a wild Pokemon encounter. Then raise the happiness level again back to max happiness (255) by visiting the groomers which can be found in Cerulean City House 5, Goldenrod Underground Path, outdoor market in Slateport City, and Hearthome City, and try using the mysterious candy again. Hello there! I'm pleased to inform you that your Chansey can still evolve as-is. For Pokemon that have evolutionary requirements (i.e. Level up, reaching max happiness, learning a specific move, etc.), but have reached level 100, you can make use of the Mysterious Candy. As long as the conditions for its evolution are met, the Pokemon can evolve by using the candy from your inventory. For your Chansey, you will need to have it at max happiness and then use the Mysterious Candy. You can obtain a Mysterious candy by purchasing them from any of the Department Stores for 5,000 Pokedollars each. You can also acquire them from the PvE coin shop for 2 PvE Coins, or from the PvP coin shop for 1 PvP Coin. Additionally, I am pleased to inform you that this is actually just a visual bug to where your Pokémon actually do get healed when using the escape rope, it just doesn't show it.
