  1. Hey there. Welcome back to PRO! Glad to count you back among us. The game is doing very well and since your last time, many features may have been added. The forum is always at your disposition if you have any questions in the future and so is the Help chat In-Game. Again, welcome back among us. Good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick
  2. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. Could I kindly ask you to give more details on what your particular issue is, please? From what you have written, I am lead to believe that either maybe you don't know or have forgotten which Gardevoir was the one you used initially for the quest, or maybe you cannot progress further because Wally is asking you to show him a Gardevoir. That particular Gardevoir must be the Ralts with 110 IVs+ fully trained that you show the Farmer Wood NPC. Just in case, here's a link to a useful guide that might help clear some doubts. Kindly come back and give more details so we can proceed with further assistance. Looking forward hearing back from you, - Kubrick
  3. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. Just to clear up some possible confusion, there's two types of Halloween Candy: There's the "quest" ones which you can only obtain once and can't consume, and then there's the Halloween Candies sold in some shops on the Event Island which you can consume. If I recall correctly, you must give 5 of the Quest candies to the Fairy Grande and 5 to the Werewolf. I'll provide you a list of the NPCs to interact with in Murky Town, kindly check that you have interacted and defeated them if a Pokémon battle ensues: Sandy Uno Baswedan Annies Ghost Ronnie Old Witch Plumber Carl Mummy Setnov Officer Agus Ghost Rafael Make sure to check all houses and the Pokecenter as well in Murky. If after thoroughly checking and making sure you defeated all these NPCs you still cannot progress further, come back and mention it here so we can continue with further assistance. Do not shy away to come back and ask if you have any future questions. Good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick
  4. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. Just to make sure, you say you cannot get specifically the Z-Ring? If it's really the Z-ring and not the Z-Crystals, I believe since about a year ago you must beat the level 50 Mono Tournament once to be awarded the Z-Ring. Afterwards, you'll have the possibility to do the level 100 Mono Tournament and as you described, winning 6 matches out of 11 will award you a Z-Crystal of the type with which you managed to defeat the most Trainers with. If it's really the Z-Crystals you meant, kindly mention it back here and I will look further into it to assist you. Looking forward to your reply, - Kubrick
  5. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. Indeed, as @Mysticwind kindly pointed out, Toxic used by a Poison-type Pokémon will guarantee to hit the opposite Pokémon even if they're in a semi-invulnerable state (Fly, Dig, even Phantom Force I believe). If your Pokémon is a Steel or Poison type, it won't get poisoned obviously. This has been the case since Generation IV. We hope the information provided will be useful to you. Do not shy away to come back and ask if you have any future questions. Good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick
  6. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. Just to be sure, after winning the Bug Contest, did you go up to the top left-most room and interacted with the NPC there? If you submitted a Pokémon with 140 IV or more, then with the hours you have you should be able to go into that top left room to go and catch Genesect. If so, could I kindly ask you to send a screenshot of what happens when you interact with the NPC after winning with a 140+ IV Pokémon, please? Looking forward to your reply, - Kubrick
  7. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. Assuming you did not catch Darkrai yet, in order to go back into the Dark Realm, you will need to head back to the Dark Valley and defeat the NPC Horon. I believe you must have no Pokémon faint during the battle in order for it to work. Kindly take note that after defeating Horon, there will be a 3 day cooldown period before you can challenge him again. Please try the solution described above and do not shy to come back and ask again should you have any questions in the future. Good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick
  8. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. Just to make sure: After defeating the Sinnoh Elite 4, did you go to Rowan's Lab and interact with him? Because after interacting with him and meeting requirements , you have to interact with Dawn who's also in the Lab and afterwards, you must go back home in Twinleaf Town and interact with the TV. This is usually when the quest starts and you must then find the Items associated with Sinnoh's Legendary Pokémon. If all that was already done, as @Mysticwind kindly mentioned, you must then go to the specific locations inside Wayward Cave shown in the provided screenshots to find the Lustrous Orb. I see from the screenshots you provided that you sucessfully found the two spots, so I have to imagine that maybe one of the earlier steps of the quest maybe hadn't been done. I would kindly ask you try to go again from the beginning to see if again maybe something had been forgotten. Just in case, here's a useful guide. If after going through it again you do not manage to sucessfully go forward in the quest, kindly come back and mention it here so we can proceed with further assistance. Looking forward to your response, - Kubrick
  9. Hi there. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. Here are the steps to make your Riolu evolve into Lucario in your particular scenario: 1. This must be done within the Daytime (10:00-20:00 In-Game time) 2. Have your Riolu faint in a Wild Pokémon battle. It's HP must fall down to 0 while in battle in the wilderness. Make sure it faints during a Wild Pokémon battle and not during a Trainer battle. 3. Once your Riolu will have fainted from a Wild Pokémon battle, revive it and go back to the tall grass and battle Wild Pokémon to raise it's happiness again. Doing this process should trigger the evolution process as soon as your Riolu reaches 255 happiness again. There will be no need for Mysterious Candy. Just in case, the command "/happy 1-6(slot of Pokémon in your team)" will tell you how much happiness the Pokémon currently has. Finally, there are the Pokémon Groomers and Pokémon Cafes NPCs that are available to you to raise the happiness of Pokémon in exchange for a fee, if you do not want to battle Wild Pokémon. There are located at: Kanto: Cerulean City House 5 Johto: Goldenrod Underground Path Hoenn: Slateport City (Market place) Sinnoh: Hearthome City We hope the information provided will be useful to you. Kindly try the steps detailled above and feel free to come back and ask should you have any future questions. Good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick
  10. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. Would it be possible maybe that you had already started the quest previously? Technically, after Paul sends you to Littleroot Town, you have to fight your way to Oldale Town. From there, you must fight the Grunt that is towards the west of the town and once you defeat him, the final boss Charon should be in Route 103 above Oldale Town. More details here. Kindly try to go through the steps detailled above to see if again maybe the quest had been started previously. If after trying you do not get any result, kindly come back and mention it here so we can proceed with further assistance. Looking forward hearing back from you, - Kubrick
  11. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. Judging by your screenshots, I believe this isn't a bug. What I think happened here (again going by the screenshots provided) is that your Swoobat had it's sp.atk lowered and as I am sure you are aware, one of the Ability Simple's effects is that it makes any stat change to that specific Pokemon with Simple double( example: a pokemon with Simple using Calm Mind will boost it's sp.atk and sp.def twice instead of once). So what I think happened here is that Shiinotic made your sp.atk drop before you had a chance to boost yourself, thus your Swoobat was a bit weaker and like you said, the opponent got kinda lucky and got another sp.atk drop with Moonblast. Even after using calm mind, sp.atk drops most likely affected the damage of your Swoobat and it wasn't able to break Shiinotic's substitute. We hope the information provided will be useful to you. Do not shy away to come back and ask if you need more clarifications or information. Good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick
  12. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. I can assure you that this isn't a bug. You see, Rapid Spin does indeed remove hazards from your field but only if the user of the move hits AND doesn't faint while using the move. In your particular case, your Delibird fainted by the result of using Rapid Spin on the Miltank with Rocky Helmet, thus why Rapid Spin didn't remove hazards from your field. The user must not faint while using Rapid Spin for the secondary effect of removing hazards to activate. We hope this information will be useful to you. Do not hesitate to come back and ask again if you have any questions in the future. Good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick
  13. Olá novamente. As minhas desculpas pelo atraso. O seu Ponyta já deve ter sido restaurado. Ele estará no seu PC. Por favor, volte e confirme se é esse o caso. Aguardamos a sua resposta, - Kubrick
  14. Hello again. My apologies for not answering you earlier. I assure you that your request for assistance hasn't been forgotten, I am still trying to figure out a way to help clear your situation. I again can't do much but present you my sincere apologies for the time it takes to resolve your issue, but be assured that you haven't been forgotten. If I may, could I kindly ask you again to link a screenshot of the Entei in the safari zone and the text when you interact with it, please? As soon as I have any developement, I will let you know right away. Looking forward replying back to you, - Kubrick
  15. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. Most of the wiki has been updated. It's entirely possible maybe sadly the specific part you are referring hasn't, but I think it's fair to say that you can trust the info on the wiki. So in your case, I believe the PP-UPs will indeed respawn every 7 days as mentioned. You can also trust the Forum guides but it's possible they might have been done a while ago and since then, they updated certain information and items in the game. We hope the information provided will be useful to you. Do not hesitate to come back and ask if you have any future questions. Good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick
  16. Hi. Thank you for contacting us. You see, every year the artists try to come up with new forms on Pokémon even if they already have one for this particular event. A great way to check all the forms a Pokémon can have is directly in-game via the Pokédex. When you click the image icon of the Pokémon in the Pokédex, it'll show all the forms the Pokémon has. The only possible downside to that is simply that it doesn't mention which exact event that particular form is. Sometimes it can be obvious, like for example a Smeargle in a santa claus outfit will most likely be a Xmas form. Another way you can check with more info will be via our wiki here . This will show all the forms for which event and year they were released. We hope the information provided will be useful to you. Do not hesitate to come back and ask if you have any future questions. Good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick
  17. Hello again. Glad to know your issue was resolved @Alice836. I wish you the best of lucks in your adventures! @Chuso I would kindly ask you to make a thread in the 2FA section of our forum. One of my colleagues will be able to assist you further there. As this resolves this particular thread, I will now lock this thread. Good luck again in your adventures! - Kubrick
  18. Hello again. Sorry for the two posts back to back. Could I kindly ask you to ask your friend if his character is currently in Oldale Town's PC, please? - Kubrick
  19. Hello again. Sorry that the issue persists. I will provide further assistance. Could I ask you to write the name of the player who needs assistance here, please? Looking forward to your reply, - Kubrick
  20. Hello again. Thank you for the further details. What I can suggest is trying to get the email sent back again to the email linked with your account. It should be almost instanteneous, but in some cases it can take about 24 hours to receive a email. If after 24 hours you did not get any link yet after making sure it's the right email and asking to send it back again, come back and mention it here and I'll proceed with further assistance. Looking forward to your reply, - Kubrick
  21. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. May I ask if you are trying to connect via Mobile or PC, please? If you are trying via Mobile, the reason why the game keeps crashing may be because when you open another window on your mobile and you stay on that other window 20 seconds or more, PRO disconnects you from the game. In your case, what I would recommend you do is verify your account first via the link sent to the linked email of your account before opening PRO. Once you do, a page should open saying your device has been approved. Once you see it, try again to log back and the game shouldn't crash. If after trying these steps you still encounter the same issue, I would recommend you uninstall and try reinstalling the game (despite it having no relation to the verification system, it can maybe be a solution). If even after this nothing has changed, kindly come back and mention it here so I can proceed with further assistance. Looking forward to your reply, - Kubrick
  22. Hi. Thank you for contacting us. First off, thank you for your honesty and coming here to report this. Indeed, this is most likely a bug because as you appropriately explained, you usually battle Shary, if you win you get a chance to battle Shaui and if you win again, you get one set of reward including Pokédollars and PvE coins. I will forward this to my fellow colleagues. I again sincerely thank you for your honesty. Good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick
  23. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. I understand the predicament your friend is in. What I can suggest is: try to have your friend go through Route 101 a couple times. He may get lucky and get through the grass patches without encountering any wild Pokémon and if he reaches Oldale Town, you'll be able to trade with your friend so that he can progress further. If after trying this your friend is still stuck, kindly come back here and mention it so I can do my best to find another solution. Looking forward to your reply, - Kubrick
  24. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. As @Mysticwind kindly explained, you will have to go back and fight Nightingale in the Dark Valley. During the fight, you must make sure to not have any of your Pokémon faint in order to proceed. If you need further assistance, please come back here to ask and it'll be my pleasure to assist you. - Kubrick
- Kubrick
