You are correct, for the Hunting Contest the points are judged by evaluating the IVs, the Pokémon's Rarity Tier (Common, Uncommon, Rare), the Pokémon's Ability, it's Nature and if the Pokémon is a Form or Shiny. For the specific situation you described, the reason your Snivy may have gotten less points is because it has less IVs in general than your Alolan Vulpix and both have their Hidden Abilities. IVs, Nature and Ability are important factors while Form and Shiny add bonus points to the Pokémon. We hope the information provided will be helpful to you. You see, currently the function to use keys binded to the Action Bar in Battle is not applied, therefore unfortunately to use items on the Action Bar in Battle you must physically click on them.   4. Hi. Thank you for contacting us. On Love Island, Prism Scales can be randomly awarded by farming the Crystals with little "sleep icons" above them. Unfortunately I believe the actual percentage is not known and it is entirely random. Alternatively, what you can do to get a Prism Scale is hunt Wild Feebas. They sometimes can be holding one. Here's a link to our Wiki showing all the possible locations of Feebas: https://wiki.pokemonrevolution.net/index.php?title=Feebas Another possible solution (if you didn't take it already) is that in Sootopolis City in Hoenn, inside the House 8, a Prism Scale is lootable on the ground.   9. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. To change the game's resolution, click the Options tab (in the main login menu or in-game). The first option should be the Graphics tab. There, you should be able to see the Resolution option. You can then click on it and select the appropriate Resolution for you. Once it's selected, click Apply, then Ok. In PRO, the Escape Rope Item exists, which teleports you back to the last visited PC and they can be bought from any Pokémart. We hope the information provided will be useful. For the evaluation of your Pokémon, I would recommend maybe you ask for a check on the All Chat of your server and players will better be able to tell you if your Pokémon is appropriate or not.   23. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. The item UpGrade is obtainable by Porygons you get by converting Silver Discs, they sometimes have a chance to hold one when you get one. Also, the boss Terminator can sometimes award one when you defeat him. Alternatively, you can potentially get one from the Celadon City Daily quest. To answer your second question, yes, you can ask for what is commonly called "Pokédex (dex) service" for any tradeable Pokémon, someone trades you in lend trade Porygon2 or your preferred Pokémon so you get it's data, then it goes back to the Trainer.   25. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. It can be very hard and frustrating sometimes when errors like this happen when trying to patch. The best solution we could offer is to delete all the current PRO files and redownload the Client via the official PRO website. This is the solution alot of times players have issues patching. Also, just in case, sometimes it can be your current Antivirus not allowing the PRO Patch to be applied. Deactivating it for 5 minutes can sometimes be the solution also.
