In the meantime, if I may suggest alternatives: - You could try to teach Yanmega U-Turn directly via the TM, which you can buy in the Azalea Town's gym in Johto. - This may be a bit more costly, but you could also possibly try and teach Yanmega U-Turn via the Pre-Evolution Tutor available in the Day-Cares, since Yanma also learns U-Turn in his learnset. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. Usually in these situations, you did the right steps. With the command "/happy (slot of the pokemon in your team from 1 to 6)", you can check the happiness of your Pokémon. We recommend doing this instead of looking at the yellow bar, as it can maybe sometimes appear full when in reality you might be missing one point or two for full happiness. Now that your Riolu is level 100, what you could do is go into the wilderness and have your riolu faint via Wild Pokémon. Once it does, defeat WILD POKÉMONS until happiness is back to 255 (I emphasize making it faint via Wild Pokémon, a knockout drop will not lower its happiness). Once it is, you can use a Mysterious Candy and that should prop up the evolution process. These candies are available in the PvE shop for 1 coin each, the PvP shop for 1 coin each or any Department store for 5,000 Pokédollars each. You see, if you happen to loose to Jackson at this point of the story, you will have to speak to the receptionist inside the school close to the entrance and then go back to Pallet Town to speak to Jackson's Mom (who's in the house to the right of your house in Pallet Town). Once you do, you can go back to the school and you should then be able to progress further. I apologize for that. I got help from my collegues. You see, I believe the reason Entei won't despawn is because you already went for Raikou. It is only possible to catch one of the three Legendary Beasts via the quest, the other two must be caught via Birth Island by using a Mysterious Ticket awarded by successfully completing a World Quest (note that there is only a chance for them to spawn, it sadly is not guaranteed like the Quest). I believe that is why you weren't able to progress, you had already gone for Raikou first. I again present you my utmost sincere apologies for the delay. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. From what I am understanding, you cannot access the Matsuki Castle because you haven't gathered all the 3 Gems yet. There is indeed 3 parts that must be completed, each award a specific Gem. I will leave useful links here just in case they end up helping you clear up this part, but I would ask you to try and go back to the other two locations to confirm if you really beat these two previous bosses. The tradeable PvE items are listed at the beginning of each month via an announcement on the official Discord (example provided in the screenshot below, it is the announcement for this month of September). Unfortunately, for this month of September, the Akatsuki robe is not listed as a tradeable PvE item, thus it won't be tradeable to other players. It is possible that maybe next month it will be tradeable, but we cannot say for sure unfortunately. We hope this information will be useful to you. You see, in this step of getting one of the Legendary dogs, it is unfortunately only a chance that after you defeat the Guardian, the Legendary dog spawns. Specifically, I believe it is a 16.6% chance to spawn. However, after your third win against the Guardian and should the Legendary dog hadn't spawned yet, you will have a 100% chance of the Legendary dog spawning instead of the usual third win reward of Bosses. Now, you can but wait until the Boss cooldown resets and then hopefully next time, Suicune will spawn. If he unfortunately doesn't, you can be sure that third time he will. The official PRO Discord server has an announcement every beginning of the month telling which items from the PvE shop are tradeable this month. The message looks like the screenshot provided below. That screenshot is also the announcement for this month of September and unfortunately as you can see, the Akatsuki Robe is not listed in the list of PvE items tradeable this month, thus making it untradeable for now. First off, I need to clarify: The Nikola Boss's purpose is not to be able to endlessly catch Legendaries back and forth until you get one with proper IVs, Nature or Ability. The Nikola Boss's purpose is to offer players who have missed catching certain Legendary Pokémon a chance to catch them again. If the reason you released it and wanted to catch it again was that you wanted to change it's IVs, Nature or Ability, you have the option to do so with Nature Reroll Tickets, Reroll Tickets or Ability Capsules available in PvE and PvP shops. I see that your Mudkip you showed in the screenshots was evolved and traded back to you on your character Suncity as a Swampert on February 28th 2024 by a player named Cloudastrifru. You had traded back 325,000 Pokédollars in that particular trade. As for the Snivy, I see that you had traded it to a player named Jivitesh on February 8th 2024 along with 4 other Pokémon (as showned in your screenshot) and the Snivy was traded back to you on your character Arunt on February 10th 2024 now level 97. You had traded back 550,000 Pokédollars in that particular trade. We hope this information will help clear out any doubts. Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. Did you make sure to get a Bell after defeating Jackson? From what I have seen, you are now at the step of going back to the Bell Tower and choosing one Bell (which will be associated to the first Legendary Dog you'll be able to encounter and catch). Once you have done that, your next step would then be to go battle the respective Guardian Boss depending on which Bell you chose (Raikou Guardian if you took Zap bell, Suicune Guardian for Water bell and Entei Guardian for Lava bell). Now, this is important: After defeating the appropriate Guardian, you only have a chance of the Legendary Dog spawning after the win. It is unfortunately possible you may have to defeat the Guardian two or three times before the Legendary Dog spawns and you can catch it. Nevertheless, it will eventually spawn in the same location where you'll defeat the Guardian eventually. You will then have a chance to go grab a sync and a False Swipe Pokémon if you want. From your screenshots, I can deduce that the item you must find is a "fruit", therefore maybe keep checking and clicking starting the Vulcan Plaza any item that could visually be associated with fruits.
