Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. May I ask if it ever happened that during one of the battles, you accidentally lost connection? Or if maybe the server resetted during one of the battles? Because if so, this does unfortunately cause a loose and breaks your win streak with a Boss. Loosing a win streak can happen when you either disconnect during the battle or loose. If you did not loose connection during the last two battles and you won twice in a row, it may be possible that it was a bug that happened with maybe either the last Summer event patch or also maybe a recent Server reset. I will ask around to my fellow Staff collegues while I wait for your reply. If that ends up being the case, we can only present you our sincere apologies for this unfortunate situation. Looking forward to your reply, - Kubrick

Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. Indeed, you are allowed a maximum of four accounts per email. Using any more accounts on that email to exploit and enrich yourself by doing bosses for example would be breaking that rule. In your case, what I understood is that you want to know if it would be possible for you to connect on your brother's account to help him progress on his account, and not to exploit that account for your own gain, and vice versa. This would count as Account sharing, which is not recommended but nevertheless allowed. So, if you and your brother were to hunt on each other's accounts to help the other progress while he's not there and, again, not to exploit it for yourself by trading onto your personal account any useful Items or Pokémon, then indeed, you are allowed to do so and you respect our Rules. We hope this will clear up the confusion for you. Please do not hesitate to come back and ask if you have any future questions. Good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick

Hello again. You see, it will be impossible to progress further without this HM, as it is required to cut down the little tree in Vermillion City blocking access to the third Gym. You cannot Surf to bypass the tree until you get the fifth Badge and get the HM in the Safari. So indeed, depending on where you are in the story, after getting the second Badge and going to Bill's House above Cerulean City, doing the little quest in the S.S Anne to get the HM Cut is to be done in order to progress. We hope this will answer your question. Again, do not hesitate to come back and ask if you have any future questions. Good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick

Hi. Thank you for contacting us about. You have my apologies for the delay of response. You see, those little Trees can be Cut down with the help of a HM called Cut. When you have the proper badge, a Pokémon that knows the HM Move Cut will be able to cut down those little trees during your progress. To get the HM Cut, you must first do the little quest inside the S.S Anne in Kanto. Here is a guide just in case. We hope this will answer your question. Please do not hesistate to come back and ask if you have any future questions. Good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick

Hi. Thank you for contacting us. Repeat Balls are rather rare. You see, to get them, one way is to farm Dig spots as you have a chance to get some when digging. The only other way to get some is during some events, like Christmas, where there is sometimes a NPC Seller that sells special Pokéballs like Repeat Balls, Premier Balls, Luxury Balls and others for Event Coins. Aside from these methods, you can of course always try to buy some from other players in Trade Chat as they are tradeable. We hope the information provided will be useful to you. Please don't hesistate to come back and ask if you have any future questions. Good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick

Hello again. As previously mentioned, after checking, I can see that the Gyarados you are mentioning with a Jolly Nature, it's Hidden Ability Moxie and EV Trained in Speed and Attack is currently in your possession. It was traded back to you by a player named Waldower on July 28th and you haven't traded since, so it should be either in your team or in your Boxes. As for the Volcarona, when it was first traded to you, it was a Lend Trade. The Lend Trade ended July 28th, so it went back to the player named Howls911, so it's currently in his possession. Please do come back and confirm that you indeed have the Gyarados in your Boxes or party, otherwise we will proceed with further assistance. Until then, I wish you the best lucks in your adventures! Looking forward to hearing back from you, - Kubrick

Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. I have looked into it. From your description, I see that a Gyarados fitting your description was first traded to a player named Waldower, but was then again traded back to you, so it should be in your Boxes technically. As for the Volcarona, I see that one fitting what you described with a Bold Nature and the Flame Body ability was traded to you by a player named Howls911 but it was a lent trade, ending July 28th. For the Scyther, I would kindly need more information. Was it your OT? Can you remember the nature and ability of it? Was it EV trained? I hope the first part of the answer helped you to clear some confusions. I wish you great luck in your adventures and looking forward hearing back from you for the Scyther, - Kubrick

Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. Apologies for the delay of response. Can I ask if you did properly talk to the Mysterious Cultist after the World Quest was over, and if you are adamant that you had collected at least a 0,5% contribution, please? If you have any screenshots you can provide also, it would be appreciated to try and look further into it. Looking forward to your reply, - Kubrick

Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. Indeed, it is a currently known issue. Raticate should indeed be able to learn it naturally and it should be in the Move Relearner, but unfortunately it wasn't coded properly. The only way for a Raticate to have Scary Face at the moment is only if it was learnt as Rattata and kept in the Moveset. Developpers have been made aware of this issue and will do their best to resolve it in time. In the meantime, I can only ask you to be patient or to maybe consider catching another Rattata to have it learn Scary Face. As this answers your question, I will now lock this thread. Please feel free to contact us again if you have any future issues and good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick

Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. Indeed, this is a known issue. This can also happens when you send back Lent Pokémon in your team and don't have any others. Please do note that when you go into battle (whether it be Trainer or Wild battle) in that state and don't have Pokémon on you, you'll be teleported back to your last visited Pokécenter. I am certain Developpers are aware of this particular situation, but just in case, you are always free to express the idea you explained of having a minimum of two Pokémon in your team for this particular Quest in our Suggestions section of the Forum to possibly get other players to back up your idea. We hope this will answer your question. As this answers your query, I will now lock this thread. Please feel free to come back and ask if you have any future questions and good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick -
Hello again, Glad to know your issue was resolved:) I will proceed to lock to this thread now. Please do not shy away to come back and ask us if you have any future questions. Good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick

Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. You did not do anything wrong. Unfortunately, it seems that the Gold server overall did not reach the IV threshold asked by the Cultist, so players who had contributed were awarded Mysterious Ticket Shards instead of a Mysterious Ticket. You should have those in your Inventory. If after checking your Inventory you do not find Mysterious Ticket Shards, please do come back and tell us and we will look further into it. Please feel free to come back and ask if you have any future questions and good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick

Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. You have my apologies for the delay of response. If you haven't still fixed the issue, could I kindly ask you to provide some screenshots so we can try and look further into the issue, please? Looking forward to your response, - Kubrick

Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. Thank you very much for @Devilqueen for citing every step of the solution. Much appreciated. As the player said, your Budew must lose happiness via fainting during a Wild Pokémon Encounter and not Trainer battles. When you are certain to have had your Budew faint via Wild Pokémon Encounter, check his happiness. To do so, type the command "/happy (slot 1-6 in your team)". Afterwards, you wanna make sure to go and battle Wild Pokémons during the Daytime In-Game (10:00-19:59) until your Budew reaches 255 Happiness. A held Soothe Bell can speed up the process. If after trying this solution it still did not work for you, I would kindly invite you to post screenshots in your reply so I can forward it to my fellow Staff Members. Hopefully, the solution provided will be it. Looking forward to your reply, - Kubrick

Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. I have forwarded your issue to my fellow Staff Members. They have informed me that your Magnezone should now be back into your PC. Could you please reply with a confirmation of if it's there or not? Looking forward to your reply, - Kubrick

Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. I have looked into it with the help of my fellow Staff Members. Unfortunately, it seems that currently the move Scary Face has some coding issues that prevents you to directly get it with Raticate, only available on Rattata before evolving it. We have reported this to higher-ups so they can provide a fix and we can now only wait until it becomes fixed. I would personally say that until it happens, it may be better for you to train another Rattata, but you are also free to wait for the fix if you want to. As this answers your query, I will now proceed to lock this thread. Please feel free to come back and ask here on our Forum for any future assistance or questions. Good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick

Hello there, welcome back to Pokémon Revolution Online! Indeed, we have been greeted with some new content since the last time you played. Thanks to @Yash005 for listing all the more notable ones, much appreciated. Z crystals are now in the game, some new Mega stones have been incorporated, some new moves are now coded that weren't previously and players can now catch some new legendary Pokémon like one of the Sword of Justice trio and Meloetta. Dungeons are also a big addition to PRO. There's currently 4 dungeons: - Forlorn Court Located above Lavender town in Kanto. Requires to be Kanto Champion. It's rewards are: Reroll Shards (4 combine together to make one soulbound Reroll ticket), PvE coins, some sellable rare gems and rocks (Nugget, Big Pearl, Pearl, etc.) and some rare Pokémon can be caught sometimes at the very end of the Dungeon. - Ruin of Valley Also called the "Victini Dungeon" (Victini itself requires to do another quest also beforehand). This dungeon can allow you to catch Victini as well as get the item called Time Flute, which can turn a Baby XD001 into a Baby Lugia and vice-versa. It also rewards the same usual rewards of Dungeons (PvE coins, gems, etc.) . - Temple of Truth Also known as the Xmas Dungeon, only available during the Christmas Event and after doing the Santa Quest. If you started the quest attached to it also, you can unlock the Lucarionite also with this Dungeon. The Temple of Truth is also the place where you have a chance to get the Light Stone, which is required to be able to catch the legendary Pokémon Reshiram. - Crux of Melody The "Meloetta Dungeon". Since it was released rather recently, not much information is widely available to players, but it is the dungeon where Meloetta is catchable at some point. It is important to note that the Pokémon teams for doing Bosses and Dungeons are usually different. Now, after all this said, welcome back! Glad to count you back among us. You can be assured that many ressources are available to you to help you throughout your journey, whether it would be Guides here on our Forum or our community answering your questions and coming to help when needed. Never shy away from asking here on the Forum or In-Game, we are always here to assist. Again, welcome back and good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick

Hi. Thank you for contacting us. Glad to know your issue was resolved thankfully. Indeed, it can be sometimes confusing to know and understand that the Pinkan Island Guard keeps your Pokéball until you come out. Nevertheless, glad to know it was resolved. As the issue has been resolved, I will now lock this thread. Don't shy away to come and ask again here on the Forum if you have any future issues or questions. Good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick

How long is the usual response time in the 2FA Subforum
Kubrick replied to Fuselkater's topic in General Support
Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue. You see, Staff members are volunteers first and foremost. We are players just like you who have other responsibilities to attend to outside and inside of PRO. We do our best to check the Forum at least once every 24 hours to help players in need. Unfortunately, again, that may not always be the case 24/7 and you must also keep in mind that certain threads and topics must be adressed by the proper Staff Member position when they are available. With that said, I thank you for keeping on being patient. You can always be sure that eventually a Staff member will do it's best to help you. As this answers the query, I will now lock this thread. Thank you again for contacting us and good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick -
Hi. Thank you very much for contacting us about your issue. I have looked into it and I noticed that you currently have a Mysterious Ticket in Inventory. Would it possible that maybe you had used one already for another usage, like maybe resetting the weekly Boss limit or getting free access to the Subway and Transmat system? If you are sure it is not the case, may I ask you to write here what the Mysterious Cultist NPC says when you speak to him or alternatively send a Screenshot, please? Looking forward hearing back from you, - Kubrick

Hello again dear Trainer. My apologies for the delay of response. I am glad to inform you that your Blastoise has now been restored. You should find it in your PC. As this completely solves the query, I will now proceed to lock this thread. Please always feel free to contact us again if you have any future questions or issues and good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick

Hi. Thank you very much for contacting us about your issue. Your have our apologies for the delay of response. First off, kind thank you to @Doah , @Torarudean and @Lugario for listing many useful ways to level given the current situation. The issues you pointed out are justifiable and understandable. To level up during your early beginnings can sometimes be hard and long. When you just start without any prior experience, it can understandably seem a bit overwhelming. You don't have other strong levelled Pokémon to help you and must go with your Starter and other Pokémon you catch along in your adventure. Thankfully, as other players mentioned, there are different strategies that were designed and thought out to help players during their adventures, ease their training and not leave them resourceless (all the Routes and Maps mentioned by the other players were good examples). With that information, I understand maybe sometimes it can be hard given the Typing of the Pokémon you want to level and the Typing of the Wild Pokémons in the Route, but despite a bit of XP loss you can always switch out. Buying Coins to buy Membership or EXP Potions is optional, and an option only. There are many perfectly adequate ways to keep on leveling without the use of any donation. One method some players may forget is the Event Island (Christmas, Easter, Valentine, Summer or Halloween, currently Valentine at the time of this post), accessible from any Port City (Vermillion, Olivine, Lilycove or Canalave). In Kanto, it will be accessible as soon as you have Cut, just below the Vermillion City Gym. There are decently-levelled Pokémon in the first Maps of the Event Islands that can make for some good early training. Our community also offers many useful guides written by players and Staff alike in the Game Guide section of our Forum ( https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/forum/13-game-guide/ ) who wanted to help other players, whether it's in the story progression, monetary aspect, Quest guides, PvP, etc. In your case, I will link you a very know and useful one about levelling: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/173878-leveling-zones-guide-for-newbies/ Just to note, Ditto is available to catch before reaching Cinnabar Island. You can try and catch one in Route 8 (left of Lavender City) after defeating Lt. Surge. Once you get one, Old Biker Steven (the NPC for the Bike Voucher) will trade you your Ditto and 40,000 Pokédollars for a Bike Voucher. I am glad to see that you were able to beat Surge. I don't know where you currently are in the Story, but you will reach Fuschia City before long and you might pass through Route 13. There, you will find the Trainer Tower located top-left when you reach the little wooden passageway. The Trainer Towers are very nice spots to level when you are prepared and despite having a little fee to enter, the XP you'll gain overall will surely make it worth it. You can find one in every region: https://wiki.pokemonrevolution.net/index.php?title=Trainer_Towers You have the right to have your own opinions about how the Staff handles the game, but we ask players to remain respectful when vocalizing them publicly. We are always here to help, but we ask that it is asked and vocalized in a polite, respectful manner that does not denigrate nor the players, Developpers or the Staff team. Remember that there is always a helpful community around you that I'm confident will always do it's best to help you as best as they can. You can always ask here in the Forum or the Chat in-game. We hope the information provided will be helpful to you. My thanks again to the players who helped answer, much appreciated. Please feel free to contact us again if you have any further queries and I wish you good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick

Hi. Thank you very much for contacting us about your issue. You see, as @Doah kindly mentionned, unfortunately you will have to level another Pidgey again to level 80. Remember to show the NPC your Pidgey after catching it and BEFORE starting to level it. As the query has been resolved, I will now lock this topic. Please feel free to contact us again if you are any future questions and good luck in your adventures! - Kubrick
