You are currently missing over half of the caught data for Sinnoh. Once you complete the Sinnoh Pokedex, you will be able to start the Cresselia quest. I hope this helps. Have a great day! Hello there @Zeytal This is not a bug. Though barely noticeable, Basculin has 3 different forms (Red-Striped, Blue-Striped and White-Striped). These forms cannot be changed and are dependent on how the Basculin appeared when it was encountered. White-Striped Basculin is the only form which can evolve into Basculegion and this form is currently unobtainable in PRO. As the issue is resolved, I will now lock this this topic. Have a great day! You can also acquire them from the Item Recycler, from placing first in the Bug Catching contest, from Solaceon Town's reporter tasks and from several Bosses (Professor Rowan, Spectify, BattleBot) I hope this helps.
