  2. Good day @Robertosalim26 I am sorry for this inconvenience. In order to move forward with restoring your Sableye, you will need to catch and release another Sableye that meets the requirements for the Sablenite Quest. Please provide a screenshot of the new Sableye being released for ease of tracking. Once you have done this, I will be able to begin getting this issue resolved. I look forward to your response. Regards, Bitterblade
  3. Good day @Zanah I apologize for the delay in response. It is great to hear that you found Latios! As this issue has been resolved, I will be closing this thread now. If you have any further questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out. Regards, Bitterblade
  4. This quest will guide you through acquiring the legendary Pokémon Heatran. Pre-Requisites Sinnoh Championship Sinnoh Championship requires you to have beaten the Sinnoh Elite 4 which can be found in the Pokémon League Sinnoh (North of Sunyshore City). To access the Sinnoh Elite 4, you must have acquired all 8 Gym Badges from Sinnoh. All non-legendary caught data for Sinnoh (Dex entry 387 - 479) The caught data for all non-legendary Pokémon in Sinnoh can be obtained in various ways. Firstly, simply catch and/or evolve for the missing caught data. Another way to get the caught data would be to use player offered dex service. You can identify what caught data you are missing by opening your Pokedex and looking for entries that do not have a Pokeball on the bottom right of their sprite. Have only one level 60 or less Pokémon in your party. Beginning the Quest The quest begins in Stark Mountain in Sinnoh's North East islands. These islands can be accessed by either the Teleporter (requiring the Hoenn / Sinnoh Teleporter Quest to be done) or by speaking with the Sailor in Snowpoint City. The closest Pokémon Center to Stark Mountain is in the Survival Area. From the Survival Area, you will need to go East through Route 225, Route 226, Route 227, Stark Mountain Exterior Pt, and Stark Mountain Entrance Pt. NOTE: It is highly recommended to go through these routes and clear the NPC Trainer battles before bringing your single, level 60 Pokémon to avoid accidental leveling. Once you have cleared the areas, return to the Survival Area Pokémon Center and get only your level 60 or less Pokémon then head back to Stark Mountain Entrance Pt and speak with Buck. He will then ask you if you are ready, select "1. Yes!" and the quest has begun. Note: When entering, all Rare Candies, Exp. Candy, and Master Balls will be removed from your bag. Inside the Cavern Once you are inside the cavern, you will need to approach Commander Mars and Charon to trigger some dialogue. After the dialogue, they will venture deeper into the cavern. Buck will then apologize for dragging you into this but informs you that if you need your Pokémon healed while you are hear that you can speak with him. Note: If you leave the cave and your Pokémon has grown to above level 60, you will have to acquire a new level 60 Pokémon. There are a few options to consider while you are in the caverns. Take the shortest path to the Heatran Room (path provided in the screenshot below) The shortest path will also mean the fewest trainers. Catch Pokémon in the area to expand your team. Battle trainers to level up your Pokémon. The decision is yours and when you are ready, head to the Heatran Room. If at any point you lose a fight, you will respawn in a room at the bottom left of Stark Mountain Main Cavern Pt. You will lose money and still have to battle the Trainer that you lost to. Heatran Room Once you reach the Heatran Room, a dialogue cutscene will begin between Commander Mars, Charon, Buck, and yourself. Afterwards, Buck will heal your party and a battle with Commander Mars will begin. Her team can be seen below. After defeating Commander Mars, you will have to fight the Level 80 Heatran. After defeating the Heatran you will be teleported to Stark Mountain Exterior Pt. Catching Heatran After you get teleported out of the Caverns, head to a Pokémon Center and grab your sync Pokémon and prepare to catch Heatran. You can also talk to Buck to retrieve your Rare Candies and Master Balls. Once you have everything you need, head back to the Heatran Room where you will be able to catch the Level 30 Heatran. Quest Complete!

  9. Good day @Samhadsomeboy In PRO, you can only obtain a single Exp. Share item. Specifically, you have the ability to obtain this item in all of the regions in case you missed it in the previous region. For example, if you didn't get the Exp. Share item from Professor's Aide in the Route 2 Stop House then you have another chance to get it when you go to Johto (from the National Park Stop House as you have shown in your screenshot). In the same fashion, if you acquired the Exp. Share in Kanto then you will be unable to receive another one in any of the locations in the other regions as a player may only have 1 Exp. Share item. I hope this information finds you well and clears up any confusion. Do you have any further questions regarding the Exp. Share item? I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Bitterblade
  10. Good day @Astrong I apologize for any inconvenience. I have a few questions regarding your issue. Are you receiving any error during any of this? Have you downloaded the latest client? Do you have a stable internet connection? I look forward to your response. Regards, Bitterblade
  11. Good day @Hosoya As the event has ended, I will be locking this thread now. If this issue remains at the time of the next event, do not hesitate to reach out. Regards, Bitterblade
  12. Good day @Jpjean10 As the event has ended, I will be locking this thread now. If this issue remains at the time of the next event, do not hesitate to reach out. Regards, Bitterblade
  13. Good day @Wiildiie Good news! Your Exp. Share is not gone! It is in your PC on a Teddiursa. You can quickly search Pokemon holding an item with the search bar by typing "item". If desired, you can add more specification to this search by typing "item=exp". These search capabilities are a part of the most recent Box Rework. You can find more information on how to query the PC here. With that being said, I will be closing this thread. If you have any further questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out. Regards, Bitterblade
  14. Good day @T1nkat0n I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I am unable to refund you the rare candys. The max item stack is x999 and anything exceeding that will cease to exist. This information is not hidden and unfortunately, even if you may not have realized, this was an oversight when mass purchasing your Rare Candy. Because this issue lay with awareness and not with the game, I am unable to restore any Rare Candy to you. I understand that this may not have been the answer you were hoping for and for that I am sorry. As there is nothing further I can do regarding this thread, I will be closing this thread now. Regards, Bitterblade
  15. Good day @Trananhvu I am glad to hear that you successfully completed this quest! I will be closing this thread now. If you have any further questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out. Regards, Bitterblade
  16. Good day @Trananhvu What does the Security Guard in from of Cerulean Cave say? I also see that, in your screenshot, you are in Dragons Den. Have you acquired the Dragon Medallion? Specifically what portion of the quest are you currently unable to do. I look forward to your response. Regards, Bitterblade
  17. Pre-Requisites Johto Championship All non-legendary Johto caught data (Pokedex entry 152 - 242, 246-248) A Pokémon with Rock Smash (or Pickaxe tool) for Entei seen data and access to Expert Belt Room (for access to Expert Belt Room you can also use Waterfall from the South entrance) A Pokémon with Waterfall (or Sturdy Hiking Boots tool) for Suicune seen data $5,000 Beginning the Quest To begin the quest, travel to Ecruteak City and speak with Scientist Rey at the Bell Tower entrance. Select option 1 to assist him. Inside Bell Tower Barrier Station Once you have selected to help Scientist Rey, follow him inside of Bell Tower Barrier Station and speak with him again. After speaking with him, head down the stairs and fight your way through the basement floor. After you make it through the basement, you will be in the Bell Tower. Interact with the legendary beasts on the East (right) side of the building. This will trigger them to flee. Once the legendary beasts flee, speak with Scientist Rey. He will request that you go out and find the legendary beasts and battle them to get their seen data. Entei Battle To battle Entei you will need to go to the Johto Safari Mountain Zone (do not forget your Rock Smash Pokémon or tool). To enter the Johto Safari, it will require 5,000 Pokedollars. In the Mountain Zone, Entei can be found on a pillar surrounded by lava. Once you have defeated Entei, it will run away injured. Suicune Battle To battle Suicune you will need to head towards Tohjo Falls (found on Route 27 connecting Kanto and Johto). Once in Tohjo Falls, go up the waterfall and go towards the right side. Suicune will be on the ledge here. Once defeated, Suicune will run away injured. Raikou Battle To battle Raikou you will need to Mt. Silver (found on Route 28 and West of Victory Road). Raikou is on Mt. Silver 3F. In order to get to Mt. Silver 3F, you must defeat the Karate Master in the Expert Belt Room and Jackson on Mt. Silver 2F. To access the Expert Belt Room you will need a Pokémon with Rock Smash or the Pickaxe tool. NOTE: If you lose to Jackson, there is a 2 hour (real-time) cooldown. Once defeated, Raikou will run away injured. Getting the Bell After defeating all three legendary beasts, return to Ecruteak City. Go into Bell Tower and talk to Scientist Rey who will thank you. After the dialogue, speak with him again to be able to select your bell. They correspond as follows: Zap Bell - Raikou Lava Bell - Entei Water Bell - Suicune If you select a bell and decide that you wanted to change it, speak with Assistant Davis who is in the top left of the Bell Tower Barrier Station 1F. This can be done as many times as you would like as long as you have not encountered a legendary beast yet. Once you are happy with your bell of choice, you are ready to battle and catch the Legendary Guardian. Catching the Legendary Beast Once you have your bell, you will need to beat the Legendary Guardian Boss NPC (You can find more information on Boss NPCs here). Winning against a Legendary Guardian has a 16.6% change of spawning the Legendary Beast that corresponds to your bell. After the 3rd consecutive win, you can choose to spawn the legendary beast with a 100% chance (instead of getting the standard rewards for the boss). Once your beast has spawned, you can leave the area to get your sync Pokémon, False Swipe Pokémon, and Pokeballs. If you fail at catching it, the Pokémon will respawn with the same Nature, Ability, and IVs as in their first encounter. IMPORTANT NOTE: After you catch your first Legendary Beast, the other two are obtainable through Birth Island. Raikou Guardian - Route 110 Secret Base Alpha (Johto) Entei Guardian - Route 25 Cave (Kanto) Suicune Guardian - Secluded Lake [Lake of Rage] (Johto)
  18. Good day @Trananhvu To start and complete the Cerulean Cave Quest you need have a two things complete. Must have Johto Championship (acquired through defeating the Johto Elite 4) Must have 149 Kanto Seen Data to acquire the Dragon Medallion. A deeper look at the Cerulean Cave Quest can be found here. 19. Pre-Requisites ★ Johto Championship ★ Have all Kanto seen data (Pokedex entry 1-150, excluding Mew) ★ Cerulean Cave Quest Obtaining Pre-Requisites Johto Championship is obtained through defeating the Johto Elite 4 (found in the building on the West side of the Indigo Plateau). This can be done once you have collected all 8 gym badges in the Johto Region (this is the second available region). Seen data for Pokémon can be acquired by encountering them in battle. This can be done throughout the Kanto region through wild encounters and trainer NPC battles (You can also use dex service offered by other players for caught data which would give you both seen and caught data for non-legendary Pokémon). You can acquire the seen data for the legendary birds and Mewtwo at the following locations: Articuno - Seafoam Island B4F Zapdos - Kanto Power Plant Moltres - Victory Road Kanto 3F Mewtwo - Cerulean Cave B1F To battle Mewtwo in Cerulean Cave B1f, you must unlock Cerulean Cave by completing the Cerulean Cave Quest. NOTE: battling Mewtwo here is the only way to register the seen data, Giovanni's Mewtwo in Viridian City Gym does not count. Beginning the Quest Once you have all of the Kanto seen data, you can begin the quest. Go to Celadon City and into the Celadon Office. Take the elevator with the green mat from Celadon Office 2F to the roof and then enter the house on the room. Here you will speak to the Know It All Man who will reward you with the Old Sea Map. Faraway Island The map you received allows you to venture to Faraway Island. This is where you will catch Mew. With your sync and plenty of Pokeballs, head to Pallet Town between 12:00 - 13:00 Pokétime and interact with Lapras. NOTE: if the time is not right, Lapras will not take you. After you travel with Lapras to Far Away Island, make your way through the grass maze and go into the entrance in the tree. Finally, make your way to the enter of the next grass maze where you can see Mew. Quest Complete!
  20. This quest guide will walk you through the requirements and steps to obtain the three legendary bird Pokémon: Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno. Pre-Requisites Kanto Championship Kanto Championship is obtained through defeating the Kanto Elite 4 (found in the Indigo Plateau). This can be done once all 8 of the Kanto Gym Badges have been obtained. All non-legendary caught data for Kanto (Dex number 1-143, 147-149) The caught data for all non-legendary Pokémon in the Kanto (specifically Generation 1) can be obtained in various ways. Firstly, simply catch and/or evolve for the missing caught data. Another way to get the caught data would be to use player offered dex service. You can identify what caught data you are missing by opening your Pokedex and looking for entries that do not have a Pokeball on the bottom right of their sprite. Seen data of Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres The last pre-requisite is obtaining the seen data for the legendary birds. This is done through battling the legendary bird in their respective location throughout Kanto. Note: This is not where you will be catching the Pokémon and it is intended for the Pokémon to be defeated in this battle. The locations of each legendary bird to fight for seen data can be found below: Articuno - Seafoam Island B4F Zapdos - Kanto Power Plant Moltres - Victory Road Kanto 3F Requirements During Quest A Pokémon with the Cloud Nine ability Team of 6 Fire Type Pokémon A Pokémon with the Shadow Tag ability A Pokémon that knows surf (or a surf mount) Beginning the Quest To begin the quest, speak with Sailor Sam at the Vermillion Dock. He will take you to Shamouti Island if you have all of the requirements (Kanto Championship, required caught data and seen data of legendary birds). Once you arrive at Shamouti Island, you will need to speak with Melody. Melody will inform you that your assistance is requested and you will need to accept with option 1. Yes, I'm interested Clearing the Storm Before you begin you journey towards Fire, Ice, and Lightning Island, you must clear the storm that prevents travel. This is where you need your Pokemon with the ability Cloud Nine. This Pokemon does not need to be your OT and there are no level requirements. Once you have this Pokémon, head to the sea on the North side of the island and venture forward. If the Pokémon with Cloud Nine is in your party then the storm will be cleared. After you clear the storm, return to the Pokémon Center and retrieve your team of 6 Fire Type Pokémon in preparation for Fire Island. Fire Island Once you have your team of 6 Fire Type Pokémon, head back to the north side of Shamouti and surf out into the Shamouti Seaway. Continue surfing North through Shamouti Seaway until you arrive at Seaway Vein. Continue through Seaway Vein, Seaway Vein Extension, and Fire Island Seaway and you will arrive at Fire Island. Directions can be found in the following spoiler. Once you arrive at Fire Island, you will have to fight the Fire Elder. Once you defeat the Fire Elder, you will receive the Fire Orb. His team can be seen below. Lightning Island After acquiring the Fire Orb from the Fire Elder, return to the Pokémon Center and prepare for the next boss. This boss does not need to be fought with a specific team; however, they should be level 100 and properly EV trained as this is a Superboss Battle (this may take a few attempts to complete). Also note that you will not be able to heal in between the fight with Lawrence IV and Zapdos / Moltres. Now that you have prepared for the next boss fight, head back to the waterway and make your way to Seaway Vein. Once there, you will want to interact with Moltres and Zapdos (who will be on an island). You will then be transported to the Collector's Airship where you must battle Lawrence IV. His team can be seen below. After defeating Lawrence IV, you will have to defeat Moltres and Zapdos. Once defeated, the airship will crash on Lightning Island. Speak to the Lightning Sage by the cave entrance to find out that the lightning orb was aboard the ship. Go back to the ship wreckage to find the Lightning Orb. After finding the Lightning Orb, Melody will appear and take you back to Shamouti Island. Ice Island Before heading to Ice Island, you will need a Pokémon with the ability Shadow Tag in your party as well as Pokémon to defeat Articuno. Once you have your Shadow Tag Pokémon and Pokémon to defeat Articuno with, head back to the north side of Shamouti Island and Surf out into the Shamouti Seaway, then North through the Seaway Vein and Ice Island Seaway. You will then reach Ice Island. Upon arrival, talk to the Ice Sage and tell him that you will help. He will then have Cryogonal use Defog to remove Articuno's blizzard and allow access to the mountain. After the blizzard is gone, go left and up the stairs where you will find Articuno. You must defeat Articuno to be rewarded the Ice Orb. Completing the Quest Once you have acquired the Ice Orb, return to Shamouti Island and speak with Melody at the altar. She will then play the Song of Lugia and calm the storm; turning the island back to normal. Once you have returned the island to normal, Lugia will appear. Talk to Lugia to obtain the Silver Wing and complete the quest. Catching the Legendary Birds To catch the legendary birds, you must speak with their respective Elder and will be given a task. This task will go up in difficulty depending on how many of the tasks you have completed. With that being said, consider the order that you want to catch the legendary birds in as that will determine what resources you need for the task. First Bird Task Articuno: x15 Ice Gems + 100+ IVs Smoochum Moltres: x15 Fire Gems + 100+ IV Magby Zapdos: x15 Electric Gems + 100+ IV Elekid Second Bird Task Articuno: x30 Ice Gems + 120+ IVs Smoochum Moltres: x30 Fire Gems + 120+ IV Magby Zapdos: x30 Electric Gems + 120+ IV Elekid Third Bird Task Articuno: x100 Ice Gems + 140+ IVs Smoochum Moltres: x100 Fire Gems + 140+ IV Magby Zapdos: x100 Electric Gems + 140+ IV Elekid Once you have the required materials and baby Pokémon, go back to the Elder that gave you the task (with your Synchronize Pokémon) and hand them in. Then get ready to catch your legendary bird.
  21. Good day @Foxcomeback: In June of 2025 numerous quests requirements were updated, including the Cresselia Quest. Those changes can be seen in the Content Update Logs. To start the Cresselia Quest, you need to have all of the non-legendary caught data for Sinnoh and also be the Sinnoh Champion. According to our database, you are missing the caught data for the following Pokemon: Stunky Skuntank Drapion Rhyperior Electivire Magmortar Probopass Once you acquire this caught data, try again to begin the quest. I hope this information finds you well and look forward to hearing of your success. Regards, Bitterblade
  22. Good day @Khaltito Firstly, welcome back to PRO! In order to access Hoenn you will need to have beaten both the Kanto and Johto Pokemon Leagues. To challenge these leagues, you will need to have acquired all 8 gym badges from the respective region. You can check how many badges you have by opening your Trainer Card on the bottom left of the screen. If your trainer card shows that you have all 8 gym badges from both Kanto and Johto, then you will need to defeat the Johto Elite 4 (in the building to the left in your screenshot). Once you beat the Johto Elite 4 then you will be able to talk to the Hoenn Traveler, who will take you to Hoenn. Finally, the NPC that you were required to battle that had the Rattata has been removed and is no longer a requirement to gain access to Hoenn. I hope this information finds you well and look forward to hearing of your success. Regards, Bitterblade
