  1. Welcome @Norketfest! Good luck in your PRO adventures!
  2. Good day @Rhulk I apologize for the delay and any inconveniences this may have caused. We are currently looking into this and I will be in touch. Once again, I apologize for the delay. Regards, Bitterblade
  3. Good day @Oreximania I understand this can be frustrating and I apologize. We are currently investigating your issue and will get back to you shortly. Regards, Bitterblade
  4. Good day @Narutofanboy I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. In order to evolve Golbat to Crobat it needs to have 160 or higher happiness when leveled up. With your Pokemon at level 100, you would need to use a mysterious candy. Unfortunately the mysterious candy is not yet fixed to allow a level 100 Pokemon that requires 160+ happiness to properly evolve. This will hopefully be fixed soon. This may not have been the answer you were hoping for and for that I am sorry. If you have any further questions or concerns do not hesitate to ask. Regards, Bitterblade
  5. Good day @Dmhimself Your shiny Voltorb has been restored. If you need to have a Pokemon restored again be sure to make a post in the Pokemon Restore Megathread. With the issue resolved, I will be closing this thread. If any questions or concerns arise, do not hesitate to make another thread! Regards, Bitterblade
  6. Good day: As per your request, this ticket will be closed. Regards, Bitterblade
  7. Good day. Per the request in the title change, I will be locking this thread now. If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to reach out! Regards, Bitterblade
  8. Good day @Sxg1606 Apologies for any confusion that you may be having. Recently the requirements for the Heatran (and many other quests) have changed. The new requirements for Heatran Quest are: Require all Non-Legendary Pokemon caught data for Sinnoh. Sinnoh Champion Have only 1 level 60 Pokemon in your party You can see this change and more in the Content Change Logs for June 2025. Also, here is a link to the PRO Wiki quest information for the Heatran Quest. I hope this has cleared up any confusion you may have had. If any questions or concerns arise do not hesitate to reach out. Regards, Bitterblade
  9. Good day @Ynnahelle I am sorry that this happened to you and losing money can be quite frustrating. The amount of money that you lose when blacking out to a wild encounter or NPC is 5% of your current money or a max of 50k. In your case, instead of $51,095 (5% of 1,021,905) you lost the 50k. With that being said, I unable to return to the money. Aside from an apology and explanation, here are a few ways that may help recover your lost income. Diggable patches can be a sporadic income every 3 days (selling acquired items to the item maniac and other players) and bossing can be a consistent weekly income stream. Offering EV and LVL services can also be a reliable source of income. You can also re-battle trainers if they are off their cooldown (7 days) and if you have active membership then these trainer battles will have double the cash reward (same goes with wild encounter battles). Finally, although less consistent, you can take advantage of the Pokestops around a region for items to sell. This may not be the answer you were looking for but I hope that I was able to clear up any confusion that you may have had on the topic. Regards, Bitterblade
  10. Good day @Btgame and apologies for the delay. I am sorry that you are experiencing this. Can you provide me with the following screenshots. The dialogue received when talking to Professor Rowan in Eterna City. The dialogue received when talking to Sailor Darlow in Canalava City. Nezuko's Mom in Canalava House 3. I look forward to your response. Regards, Bitterblade
  11. Good day @Bonicedlimon I apologize that you experienced this. This issue should now be fixed. Can you try again and let me know if you are still getting this message? I look forward to your response. Regards, Bitterblade
  12. Good day @Geeansalvatoree As your question has been accurately answered by @Suzu1 I will be locking this thread. If you have any questions, concerns, or need help do not hesitate to reach out. Regards, Bitterblade
  13. Good day @Bankaibankai Firstly, I am glad that you are no longer having the issue with the Dragon's Medallion. Secondly, the Team Magma and Team Aqua grunts in Mt. Pyre not giving experience is intended behavior. If you believe you have encountered a bug or issue be sure to separate the issue into its own thread in the proper sub-forum. As the original issue of this thread has been resolved I will be locking this topic now. If you have any issues, concerns, or questions do not hesitate to reach out. Regards, Bitterblade
  14. Good day @Nguyenhuusy I apologize for the delay and I hope all is well. Are you still soft locked in the Keldeo quest or were you able to get out of this situation? I look forward to your response. Regards, Bitterblade
  15. Good day @Bankaibankai According to our database, it appears that you have acquired the Dragon's Medallion. Are you still experiencing issues with this quest? If so, I can assist. I look forward to your response. Regards, Bitterblade
  16. Good Day @Howls369 I understand that this can be frustrating and I deeply apologize. Although the name change request may take up to 48 hours, sometimes it may take a bit longer. This is because PRO staff is purely volunteer and each staff member has their own obligations outside of PRO (work, school, family, social life, etc.). As soon as a staff member that is capable of sorting out this is available, your name will be changed. I apologize if this may not have been the answer you were looking for. If there are any further questions or concerns do not hesitate to reach out. Regards, Bitterblade
  17. Good day @Luffyg9 Firstly, I want to apologize. I mistakenly told you the wrong information in my previous post. If Porygon was able to learn the move via level-up then you would have used the Pre-evolution Move Tutor in the day care center. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Porygon learns the move Teleport via TM. Unfortunately, we only de-evolve in special cases (e.g., a player's Pokemon was evolved without permission during a provided service). This special case is implied by the General Trade Rule #9. With that being said, we am unable to assist in de-evolving your Porygon2 back to Porygon. I understand that this may not have been the answer you were looking for and I deeply apologize for both the inability to assist in your request and the original misinformation. With there nothing that can be done, I am locking the thread. If you have any further questions or concerns do not hesitate to reach out. Regards, Bitterblade
  18. Good day @Jeremeythefox I apologize for the inconvenience. While I do not know what the issue currently is, please do not transfer servers or make any trades until this is resolved. Thank you for your patience. Regards, Bitterblade
  19. Good day @Jesco6 I understand that this situation may be frustrating. You have properly reposted your issue in the Mega-thread and as you noted, this thread will now be locked. Best of luck in your PRO adventures and if do not hesitate to reach out if an issue, question, or concern arises. Regards, Bitterblade
  20. Good day @Luffyg9 I am sorry that you missed teaching Porygon the move Teleport before you evolved it. I do have good news though. You don't need an evolution reversal! Pre-Evolution moves can be learned with the Pre-Evolution Move Tutor in the Daycare centers for $10,000 each. A daycare center can be found in each region and the Sevii Islands. Specifically they are found in the following locations: Route 5 (Kanto) Route 34 (Johto) Route 117 (Hoenn) Solaceon Town (Sinnoh) Four Island (Sevii Islands) Also, bare in mind that access to the daycare centers requires defeating Naero in Cerulean Cave B1F. This requirement means that the quest to unlock Cerulean Cave is a requirement for daycare center access. You can find information on this quest here. I hope this information helps and look forward to your response. Regards, Bitterblade
  21. Good Day @Noelooo The Adamant Orb in the Lake Trio quest can be found in one of three places: The first two are in Eterna Forest accessed from route 207 (Requires Rock Smash or a Pickaxe) The third location is Old Chateau 2F in the fifth room. Old Chateau can be accessed from the north-east portion of Eterna Forest. With certain portions of quest being random spawns for each player, I recommend double checking the PRO wiki quest guide alongside the YouTube video that you watch. The quest guide for the Lake Trio can be found here. I hope this addresses your concern and look forward to hearing about you completing this quest. Regards, Bitterblade
  22. Good day @Kageguru As @Norex has addressed your concern with the train ticket I am going to lock this thread. Don't not hesitate to reach out if any further complications or questions arise. Regards, Bitterblade
  23. Good day @Lily5555 I apologize deeply for the inconvenience. It appears that you have battled Solgaleo on Birth Island and either won or lost. If that is the case then unfortunately you no longer has access to Birth Island as it will require a new Mysterious Ticket (obtained through World Quests). Once you acquire another Mysterious Ticket then you will be able to go back to Birth Island. Keep in mind that encountering Solgaleo is not guaranteed if you have not caught Lunala or if you have the requirements to spawn other legendary Pokemon. A full list of the available Pokemon that can spawn on Birth Island can be found here. When you return to birth island, I highly recommend bring a Master Ball with you. A Master Ball can be acquired in the following ways: PvP Coin Master (30 PvP Coins) PvE Coin Master (60 PvE Coins) A reward from the Professor Rowan, Spectify, and Battle Bot boss NPCs Bug Catching Contest (Potential 1st Place Reward) Solaceon Town News Reporter (Potential 6th Day Reward) Potential Item Recycler Reward I apologize once again as this may not have been the answer you were hoping for however I hope that this information assist you in continuing your adventure. If you have further questions never hesitate to reach out. Regards, Bitterblade
  24. Good day @13gh0st13 and my sincere apologies for the delayed response. The Celadon Daily task system did get a rework as @Fafouney in December 2024. It now resets on a 7-day completion period (non-consecutive) and gives an additional reward every 25th task completion (giving the player a Trainer Tower Pass). A full breakdown of the Celadon Daily task system can be found here. Finally, the Celadon Daily task system tasks into account the IV count of the Pokémon you have shown which influences the tier (quantity) of the reward received. This does not affect the rewards on the 7th day due to each reward being at most 1 in quantity. An alternative, or something to do alongside the Celadon Daily, is the Pokémon News Press daily in Solaceon. This daily task requires the player to assist a reporter who desires a Pokémon for his story in the paper. Similar to the Celadon Daily, this operates on a 7-day system of which the reward potential increases as you do more completions with additional rewards on every 25th completion (Safari Pass). Differing from the Celadon Daily system, IVs do not effect the reward as all rewards are of quantity 1. You can read a full description of the Pokémon News Press daily here. The big difference between the Pokémon News Press Daily and the Celadon City Daily lay in the rarity tier of Pokémon requested and the rewards for showing these Pokémon. Once again, I apologize for the delayed response and I hope that this adequately addressed your questions and concerns. Regards, Bitterblade
  25. Welcome back @Dokibirb! I hope that you are able to find and thrive in a guild. If you run into any issues don't hesitate to ask! Regards, Bitterblade
