Manaphy quest (problem with black ship)

Good day @Cvetko23 To better assist, I have a few questions to figure out what part of the quest you are on. Have you spoken to the Receptionist at Eumi Island (when trying to enter the theme park) Have you already entered the black ship and defeated Captain Phantom? Good day @Khangzi1la Unfortunately I am unable to refund your Shiny Dragonite Mount. Despite being unable to get a refund, there are still ways to acquire a mount to your liking. PvP Chests - When opening a Normal or Random PvP Chest, there is a chance to pull exclusive mounts (and cosmetics). Daily first win - In both random and normal PvP, you are able to receive 1 PvP Chest for your daily first victory. Additional Wins - In normal PvP, you will receive 1 PvP Chest for every 2 additional wins after your daily win. In random PvP, you will receive 1 PvP Chest for every 4 additional wins after your daily first win. Players - You can find players selling mounts on both the forums and in trade chat. Coin Shop - You can acquire coins to purchase these mounts via a donation to the game or purchasing coin capsules (CCs) from other players. PvP Coin Shop - Some mounts are unique to the PvP Coin Shop (via PvP Coin Masters) and require PvP Coins for purchase. These coins are acquired upon victory in ranked PvP matches. The locations of these PvP Coin Masters can be seen below. Kanto - Vermilion City Johto - Olivine City Hoenn - Mauville City Sinnoh - Canalave City PvE Coin Shop - Some mounts are available in the PvE Coin Shop (via PvE Coin Masters) and require PvE Coins for purchase. These coins can be acquired through various PvE content (e.g., NPC Boss battles, Bug Catching Contest, Dungeons, etc.). The locations of these PvE Coin Masters can be seen below. Kanto - Celadon City (Celadon Department Store 4F) Johto - Goldenrod City (Goldenrod Department Store 5F) Hoenn - Lilycove City (Lilycove Department Store 2F) Sinnoh - Veilstone City (Veilstone Department Store 4F) and Fight Arena Battle Tower Entrance. Good day @Scoubaaa Thank you for the supplied screenshots. You are going to have to progress the 0hr account to the 4th badge to receive your mail. The events, as you described, have the mail sender (Rivalgaryy) on Silver and you the recipient on Gold. As mail is sent among the same server, this mail should have been received by your 0hr character. Once it is sent to that character, it sticks to that character. Once you progress the character to 4 badges and check your mail you should have access to the sent items. Sinnoh → Unova travel not unlocked (Snowpoint sailor)

Good day @Noralleda As @Tgbnamish stated, Sinnoh is currently the last region available to journey to. With that being said, there are more areas still to be explored! Pinkan Island: This island is unique where the Pokemon found on this island have a chance (1/1,500) to be pink in color. This island is also home to the Crux of Melody (commonly referred to as the Pinkan Dungeon). Unlocking all of this requires the completion of the Pinkan Island Quest Travelling to Pinkan Island can be done by speaking with the Pinkan Island Sailor in Vermilion City. Shamouti Island: This island hosts the Legendary Bird Quest which allows you to catch Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno. Travelling to Shamouti Island can be done by speaking to Sailor Sam in Vermilion City. Sevii Islands: Membership required, this string of islands have seven available islands to explore. Travelling to the Sevii Islands can be done by speaking with the Sevii Sailor in Vermilion City. Aside from those areas that I have listed, there is also content aside from new regions such as legendary quests, various dungeons, repeatable content (e.g., Excavation, Boss NPCs, etc.). I accidentally changed the IVs on my Zapdos

Good day @Thiago02 Apologies for the delay in response. Unfortunately, we are unable to restore the IVs you previously had. After accepting the change (although accidently), those IVs were put into the recent IV storage hosted by Psychic Marina. After this, you continued to reroll which eventually kicked out the IVs that you overwrote. Due to this, the IVs are non-recoverable. I know this is not the answer you were hoping and for that I am sorry. While I cannot restore your IVs, here are some ways to acquire more rerolls: IV-Reroll - PvP and PvE Coin Master for 150 and 250 coins respectively. IV-Shuffle - PvP and Enhanced PvP chests. IV-Locked - PvP / Enhanced PvP chests and PvP Coin Masters for 500 PvP Tokens. Double IV-Locked - PvP and Enhanced PvP Chests I will be closing this thread now. Good day @Scoubaaa To confirm that you did or did not receive the mail in question, I will need you to do one of the following: Log in to your account on Silver and progress the account to the fourth badge in order to check and verify your Mailbox. The next time you transfer to Silver, check your mailbox. Despite the option you choose, please provide screenshots of the mailbox so that we can see if your mail is there or not. Also, when purchasing the mount there is a confirmation window that pops up when you purchase from the Coin Shop which you must select "Yes" from to ensure accidents do not occur. Good day @Volpeep Do you have both the Cascade Badge and HM-01? In order to use the move Cut outside of battle you need the following badges according to the region you are currently: Kanto - Cascade Badge (Cerulean City) Johto - Hive Badge (Azalea Town) Hoenn - Stone Badge (Rustboro City) Sinnoh - Coal Badge (Oreburgh City) Besides a Pokemon knowing the move Cut (which some learn naturally such as Farfetch'd at Level 15) you must also possess the cut HM (HM-01). This is true for all HM moves that have an out of battle effect. This HM can be acquired on the S.S. Anne after assisting the Captain with his illness. The S.S. Anne can boarded via the dock in Vermilion City (you will need the ticket to board that is given from Bill after helping him in his house on Route 25). Good day @Cuddz With your PC open, you are able to trade. From there you are able to dragged the locked Clamperl from your PC into the trade window to return it to the player. Give this a try and let me know if this works or if you have issues. Regards, Bitterblade

Good day @Ventus888 I am sorry that you are experiencing issues. Have you tried to enter the room in the top right corner of the Bug Catching Contest Hall? Genesect resides there and after turning in a Pokemon with 140 IV to the contest judge you should have been granted access to this room. If you are unable to enter that room, could you provide me with a screenshot of any text that appears when denied entry. That would greatly help in further troubleshooting.
