  8. Good day @Manhdz56 As @Mysticwind has stated, while doing the Pinkan Quest, the Officer will take your Pokeballs until you unlock the main Pinkan Island Forest. This is due to not having permission to hunt in this area (until the completion). While you will get your Pokeballs back if you complete the quest, if you want to get your Pokeballs back before you complete the quest then you can talk to the Officer in Pinkan City (right outside of the forest) and retrieve your Pokeballs. Just know that if you wish to re-enter this area, you will lose your Pokeballs again (until you complete the quest). Further information regarding the Pinkan Island Quest can be found here.
