Good day @Lowlief As @Mingrenpro has stated, the requirements for the Latias and Latios quest (Eon Duo Quest) have changed to require Generation 3 (Hoenn) caught data rather than seen data. The changes occurred in June 2025 and the changelogs can be found here. That link also has information on other legendary quest requirement changes and may be helpful to review as you continue your acquisition of legendary Pokemon. Good Day @Stepbro0 You are going to need to defeat Horon without having any Pokemon faint during the battle. Horon can be found in the center of Dark Valley, which is north of Necropolis. Good Day @Thangleon26 I apologize for the inconvenience. The Legendary Bird Quest and accessible areas with that quest (Shamouti Island) are locked behind the requirements of having all Generation 1 (Kanto) non-legendary caught data. This change to the Legendary Bird quest can been seen in the Content Change Logs for June 2025. With that being said, it appears that you are missing the caught data for Ninetales. In the image provided below, you can find the possible location of all the spirits in the red circle. This includes the brighter red circle at the bottom right. Good Day @Neostategami As @Eetaachee has stated, the shiny option from the Boss NPC rewards does not guarantee that the Pokemon is shiny. To be specific, the standard shiny rate is 1/8192 on a standard encounter. When you beat a Boss NPC three times you are given two options, with one of those being shiny. Specifically, this option reduces the shiny rate from 1/8192 to 1/4096. I hope this clears up any confusion you may have had. I will now be locking this thread. Good Day @Rickman108 The next place to check would be his location on Route 9. In this location, he should inform you that a Mankey has stolen his hat and that you need to find it from a wild one. You can use a Pokemon with the frisk ability or covet / thief move to assist identify if the Mankey has the item. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Bitterblade
