Hello again! @Callmyname From what I see in Item Log there is no Lapras mount you got from Lorelei boss, the only Lapras mount you got is a one you buyed for 100k (the one you hold in your account) But yesterday you got a Lapras pokemon reward at the time you provided. Which is from Johto, Lorelei count as Johto since she is in Ice Path. You might have skipped the text too quick and see a mount after Lapras which was a pokemon drop. Hope it clears your issue.   5. Hello @Lololalalo ! Dragonite Mega-Stone was a suspect test for a amount of time. Suspect test is mean to test something into the current PvP metagame to see if it fit into the current meta or it is too good, more informations can be found there ! Since it's been 1 month and half, suspect test ended during the daily PvP season reset who happened the 1st of July, removing the given Dragonite and mega-stone. Currently, we dont have any new Legend ZA/Champions mega for many reason such as it being worked in and we dont know every mega abilities yet.   7. Hello @Boltackle ! I can confirm there is no bug provided by your screen, I see a Gardevoir you missed. Here is a screen where the Gardevoir is : As you can see with my draw, there is a Gardevoir behind the right side candle. You will have to talk with it to be able to spawn the Gardevoir boss in the middle of the boss room. Hope it clears your issue. Very Respectfully, Zarachi

  11. Hello @Tuzzii ! Apologies for the issue you are experiencing! From what I see, you still have your mount but you made it hold to your Venusaur in your party ! So to be able to get the mount back, you will have to remove the hold item from your Venusaur which is your Dragonite mount! Hope it clears your issue! As stated by the message you have to merge your data from the My Account or Server Transfer option from the Dashboard ! Once you done with it, you will be able to log into Silver server.   15. Hello @Boltackle! Apologies for the inconvience you are experiencing. Unfortunately, there is no bug. Pretty sure you missed a Gardevoir during your run which was well-hidden. I can speak since I did a run few days ago and there was no issue with the Gardevoir and was able to proceed into the Gardevoir boss fight. Be sure to check every spot such as behind the candle, table etc... I wish you a wonderful day and a fun time playing PRO with your future dungeon runs. Take care, Zarachi
