Hey @Ramzijhonny1, Thank you for the report. From your description, it appears that your connection to the game was interrupted due to a power outage or local connectivity issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to reset Battle Tower cooldowns or restore progress lost as a result of client-side disconnections. To help reduce the likelihood of similar issues in the future, we recommend ensuring your connection is as stable as possible (for example, using a wired Ethernet connection if available and checking that your network and power setup are stable). As this does not appear to be caused by a game bug, I will close this report. If you experience similar behavior without any interruption to your connection, please feel free to open a new report and provide any relevant screenshots or recordings. Cheers, Beacon

Minimum opponent rating dont work
Hey @Mozambi, Thank you for the additional screenshots. While your Minimum Opponent Rating was set to 180, matchmaking may still pair you against lower-rated opponents when the available player pool is limited. At the time of your screenshots, there were relatively few players available for Normal PvP matchmaking on Silver, so the system likely expanded its search criteria to find the closest available opponent rather than leaving you in queue for an extended period. As this behavior is expected under low-population matchmaking conditions, I will mark this report as resolved. Cheers, Beacon

Issue: I am soft-locked on the Hoenn Teleportation Quest. I successfully activated 3 out of the 3 required PCs. However, I accidentally walked away and left the area before fighting wally and now he doesn't respawn

Hey @Anik93, Thank you for your patience. Could you please provide a screenshot of the dialogue you receive when speaking to Wattson inside New Mauville itself? The previous screenshot appears to show Wattson on Route 110, and we would like to verify the dialogue from the Wattson involved in the Teleporter Quest. If possible, please also include a screenshot showing your character and Wattson's location within New Mauville. Thank you in advance.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you have completed the required quest steps, including the three successful program uploads. Since Courtney is not appearing in the Transmat Station despite the uploads being completed, I will forward this for further investigation. Thank you for your patience. Hey @Anik93, Thank you for the additional information. Before we investigate this further, could you please let us know which steps of the Teleporter Quest you have already completed? In particular: Have you spoken to Wattson in Mauville City and followed him to New Mauville? Have you completed the New Mauville section involving the Aqua and Magma Grunts? Have you located Plusle and Minun for Wattson? Did you receive confirmation that all three program uploads were successful? Could you provide a screenshot of the message shown when interacting with one of the computers inside a Transmat Station? Could you also provide a screenshot of Wattson's current dialogue in New Mauville? These details will help us determine whether the quest progression is stuck or if there is a missing step remaining. Additionally, please avoid making multiple consecutive posts in your thread. If you need to add new information, you can edit your previous post instead. Looking forward to your reply.

lost dex data for some mons, legendaries mostly
Hey @Luohan I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue. This appears to be related to the currently known Pokédex caught-data issue that has affected a number of players. Unfortunately, while some lost Pokédex data was previously restored from a backup, any data obtained after that backup and subsequently lost may not be recoverable at this time. The developers are aware of the issue and have been investigating possible solutions, particularly for entries that are difficult or impossible to reacquire. However, we are currently unable to manually restore the missing Pokédex entries. Thank you for providing the information regarding Hoopa and the missing legendary entries. I will forward your report so it can be reviewed alongside the ongoing investigation into the Pokédex data-loss issue. We apologize for the frustration this has caused, especially for players working toward Pokédex completion, and we appreciate your patience while the developers continue looking into the matter. Additionally, can you confirm whether your PvE Coin count was 23 both before and after claiming the Battle Tower rewards? Hey @Ramzi2525, Battle Tower rewards are not added automatically to your balance when you defeat Cynthia. After completing the challenge, you must speak with the Reward Distributor NPC to claim your rewards. The 25 PvE Coins (10 from the stages + 15 for defeating Cynthia) are awarded through that NPC. Could you please confirm whether you spoke to the Reward Distributor after finishing the challenge? If you did and the coins were still not awarded, please provide a screenshot of the Reward Distributor's dialogue and your current PvE Coin count so we can investigate further. Cheers, Beacon

Hi @Mozambi, Thank you for the report. From the screenshots provided, I can see that your Minimum Opponent Rating is set to 180. Could you please clarify what exactly occurred? Were you matched against an opponent whose rating was below 180? If so, could you provide a screenshot of the battle result or the opponent's rating at the time of the match? Does the slider reset itself after relogging, or is it only not affecting matchmaking?
