+1, also add the possibility of modifying Officers and Members invite permissions, ability to promote offline members, give more exp/money based on how many people enter your guild. I'm fully aware it might be too good and we can dream, but I like them.

Over a 99% of players will not have unlocked Cerulean Cave before they even enter Hoenn. The requirements are extremely hard. This guide also tries to teach how to train it yourself without asking a friend or someone else to do it for you.
