This is gonna be a long post and I might have to edit it, but you can thank Turles for the idea, I will develop it further. Also, big letters incoming because my eyesight is trash. I am fully aware these can take time, work and stuff to implement, Cames, Wally and the CS group have a lot of priorities and even scripting a single NPC is already hard enough, let alone do all of this. However, this is a few ideas so that Moderators can have less workloads, and since PVP rework might come sooner or later, Cames and Wally might like these suggestions. I'm only suggesting these ideas that could make certain rules automatic. For example, whitelists that ban precision moves, double species in a same team, and some stuff that can be easily solved, while others cannot. I will go over each rule one by one and give an individual idea. Rule 1: Usage of banned abilities, items, moves or combinations is bannable. I was thinking of if it were possible to implement a whitelist that would read your team before you went on PvP Queue. Carrying Shadow Tag? No you naughty boy, you're not queueing! Oh, you wanna use Burn Up? Well, NOPE. You carry focus sash and memento? WHITELIST POLICE, YOU'RE NOT QUEUEING TODAY. And so on. I think in this rule it would be really easily appliable. Rule 2: All pokemon above 601+ Base Stats are banned (Except Slaking LUL). Simply do the same here. The system detects you're carrying one of these pokemon? Then you're just not queueing up. Outta here, criminal! Rule 4: Placing a status condition before a Ranked battle. I think it would be easily possible to implement a detection to see if any of your pokemon have any status condition before a fight. Or so I believe. Just a quick read into all your team pokemon? Automatic. With systems implemented, I think they'd drastically reduce these rules being broken and Moderation workload would decrease by a lot. Let's go over the Clauses now: OHKO Clause: OHKO moves are bannable. Well, simply add Fissure, Horn Drill and these moves to a whitelist. If they're in a pokemon moveset, you're out. Species Clause: You can't carry two of the same pokemon in your team. This one is also easy, just make it read your pokemon, if you have more than one of the same species, it's a no-no. I was going to suggest something about the Sleep Clause detecting a pokemon already asleep in the enemy's team, but the game would also need to detect if it was self afflicted or not, and I believe that's too complicated. However, this one could be a possibility. Baton Pass Clause: Same as above, I don't know how hard would it be to implement it from blocking the usage of Baton Pass if it knew it was going to transfer more than one stat boost at once. This might be too hard to implement, but... Evasion Clause: This one could be easier, just implement a whitelist with evasion moves. That's it, I guess lol. Swagger Clause: Same as above, just implement it in a whitelist. That's about it for now. Thanks to Turles as I said before in the Discord Server, as he suggested it. I just wrote the entire thing. I have skipped on rules and clauses where these fixes might not be applicable so as to make this post faster and easier to read.

Update: After more than a month, I'm finally free again. I'm going to write Hoenn now and then Sinnoh and finish ASAP :) My next guide will probably be about EV/Exp training and stuff, boss pokes, etc. I'll have to think about it! -

No, absolute -1. To say that 50 pokeballs for 9k is expensive is an absolute joke. Balls really, REALLY cheap in the short and long term and easy to obtain. If you struggle with money, go and do dig spots, pokestops and more activities. Making money in pro is easy, and it's not hard to get epic pokemon. They're not THAT rare.

Still, if you can, write what psychic move you were using, since some function differently (Psychic is a strong special attacking move, Psybeam is its weaker version, same with Confusion) (Psywave does a randomised damage, Future Sight does damage after two turns). Just in case for when Staff come and read this post, it might help them spot a bug :) -

What move are you using? It will help to understand your issue better. As far as I know, moves like psywave don't go with the type chart, instead their power is between two values and it is random every time (similar to magnitude). -

You should easily be able to afford nurse joy or relog while in a fight, but I'm not against the idea either.
