Hello BallzOfSteel, i felt the same way at the beginning, it was rather unfair imo at the time but there is a valid reason for this as Quakkz already said. There is no way someone wants to wait hours to get into a match with someone who has a similar rating, My simple advice, just play and read guides. I did horrible in my first two PVP seasons, barely could reach 200 rating but the two follow up seasons I made it to Top25 (see my signature), you just have to figure out the meta and what you wanna play, adjust your pokemons (right nature, high important IV's, ev training and ofc movesets and items). Hello VHSenpai, the best grinding spot in Johto is indeed dragons den but until then you have to farm at the location you are right now because you can access the dragons den not until you reached blackthorn. Dragons Den is behind the gym in blackthorn :) The Safarizone is horrible for grinding. Have a nice day!

rapid spin is normal type move. it can't hit ghost type and remove the spikes. Foresight also removes the Ghost type's immunity to Fighting-type and Normal-type moves for any moves used against the target.

Crobat (Leftover or Black Sludge item) Timid Nature SPATK/SPD ev's Air Slash or Sludge Bomb U-Turn Defog or Taunt Roost well tbf all these moves are too good to drop them, Uturn is such a good move with his high speed and def/roost are like well it is a supportive pokemon oh and about the ability "Infiltrator" is good against screen users but inner focus is good as well vs all these medicham's/ambipom's
