Hello yunex, to battle Lance you need to have a team with 6 LvL100 Pokemons. If you indeed have a team with that requirement and you can't battle the boss anyway quote me in this thread so we can take further actions towards the issue.

Hello Kevinflynn, I have been digging in this case, as it is impossible for that to happen, which was confirmed by the higher ranks, and doesn't seem you ever was in blue server as all your record is in Yellow. Can you give me any screenshot that could fundament your case? Might just be me, but I think you might have been just playing in Yellow this time and you thought you were in Blue.

[glow=red]Moved to proper place[/glow] Hello alagamon, those colours are meant to diferenciate the colours of the pokemons and their rarity, A pokemon that has the Orange colour, its a pokemon from the Clone Event (which only had Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur), the only diference is that they have a diferent colours based on the first pokemon movie. The purple colour link means its a Shiny Pokemon, which their colour set up changes depending of the pokemon. The last, the Blue/Green colour link means its a regular pokemon in terms of appearance. Hello kalianda990, unfortunatly, like you can see in this thread, this is a server-side glitch that can happen from time to time. Whenever this occurs, you have to wait until the next server reboot to play again. In the rare case, this issues cause by your low connection when you play game and got disconnect, and can potential solved by close completely client and open again. If not solved, you will need wait to reboot. To prevent this issue use "Settings»Log Out" instead of closing the client right away. This action will force the save of the data of your account and also kick your account out of the server, and therefor preventing this issue to happen. As the only course of action possible for this case is to wait for a server reboot I am going to lock the thread. Once again I am sorry for the inconvenience of your experience. Hello MaryKy, try to delete all the past folders you might have in your device (including the trashbin) and download again the client. Before extracting the files, disable your antivirus or add a firewall exception to the PRO client and extract it. If it doesn't work try to do the same steps and but this time download the x64 client. Hope this was able to help and let me know how it turned out by quoting me in this thread.

By the screenshots I saw that you were kicked out but unfortunately I am unable to see which was the reason behind it. You can still go back to the channel by using the same command you used to join the first time. Would also like to add that if you feel harassed make sure to make a new topic to report the player(s) in the Report Center, but remember to have evidence (screenshots) to support your case, at will help to validate the story. Hello everyone, as the matter of the topic has been run over by requests instead of following the course of the title and the OT of the thread has requested it I will lock it. I would also like to ask everyone for a bit of patience regarding the development of the game, we know almost everything, if not everything that you want to implement/fix from the game, after all, we are players aswell and we want PRO to be bigger and better. The development might have been slow but as you saw in the last couple of days, as the conditions of it have allowed, PRO got a lot of updates, which of course sometimes it might bring a bug somewhere, but it is going to get fixed. If you want to actually suggest the right away, do it in the Suggestions subforum and remember to read this thread first. Also, if you want to report any bug, do it in the Bug Report Center.
