    Hey there SnooW! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this inconvenience. Could you please provide more information about the bug you are experiencing or a screenshot of the bug? Also if you are stuck, try out these steps :)
  14. Hey there srk007! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this inconvenience. Can your friend log in on the Dashboard? If your friend can log onto the dashboard, he will be able to log into the game. If this does not work, try following the steps from the Email Issues thread :)

Unfortunately as said here, it is not possible to transfer servers due to technical limitations with the servers and each one having their own 'saves'. I am sorry to have to inform you of this, but if you decide to play another server with your friends, you would have to start all over again. Also make sure you are running pro as administrator, and that it is being ran in compatibility mode. Also try cleaning your temporary files. I am sorry to have to inform you of this, but it is not possible to recover the rare candies you have lost via deleted mail. However it is possible to farm a lot of Rare Candy from the Dig Spots and the Pokestops in case you still need to get more Rare Candy.
