Hi, I'm facing some troubles downloading PRO on windows after the new update like whenever I download it and extract.. Only the file "baselib.dll" Appears.. I don't know what's the issue.. I tried to switch browsers too and installed and uninstalled for about 20times but it's not working, only that specific file shows up.

i submitted cutiefly for wq i farmed like 4-5 hours and i complated 558 iv after i submitted all cutiefly 5min later server crashed when i log in game npc you have contributed %0.000000 and there was only 1 cutiefly in my pc and i submitted that. i thought that can be help the solve problem but its wasnt. pls help me i wasted hours for this. -

Hello. (Apologies for not so great english) Im currently stuck in Alto Mare Pokecenter, everything is working fine excluding movement. I can talk with other players, spin around and have PvP fights. I saw some posts about similiar problems back in 2021 and i was just wondering is there anything that can be done to set my free? Thank you in advance!

Hello, I was in a rush for helping a friend evolve his Kadabra to Alakazam and gave him my lvl 100 Bronzong because I was full, now my Bronzong is stuck in his PC, any way to help me with this pretty please ? I understand if this is really not doable. If not, is my friend required to do all 16 first badges ? I think I caught that Bronzor in Johto Or is 8 just enough ? Thanks in advance !

Hi! I am trying to do the zekrom quest. For the tournament in the beginning of the quest you need to win 5 rounds or win 12 points. I have won the first 3 rounds, But now none of the npcs in this video guide want to battle me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-FIUzDHwuLA&t=306s If I look on the board it says 'Mako' is the only one left with points. I have looked everywhere I cannot find this npc anywhere. Please help. Where is he? EDIT I realize u can forfeit the tourny by registering another pokemon. I have won the tournament I still havent found Mako

Buen día señores de PRO. Quedé top la pasada temporada en gold, pero en medio de la temporada me traslade a silver, al finalizar la temporada toda las monedas pvp se cargaron a gold donde mi pj no tiene ni una sola medalla. Quisiera que por favor me pasen esas monedas a mi pj principal que está en silver en estos momentos. Muchas gracias y quedó muy agradecido

resolved Refund for lost event points due to visual glitch.

Hey, I've been playing the summer event and found one of the cosmetic shops. When looking at the prices, all the prices were listed as being 35 in the normal currency, which apparently is a glitch which I didn't know at the time. Seeing that I could buy these cosmetics for what seemed like incredibly cheap prices, I started buying everything they had. This included the following; - Aqua Diva Dress - 60 - Chinchiu Hat - 35 - E Sea Shellos Hat - 35 - Poliwirl Hat - 35 - Red Punk Jacket - 60 - W Sea Shellos Hat - 35 - Wooper Hat - 35 I'd have never brought these items if I had known they were costing event points, and since it was only not displayed to a visual glitch which was out of my control, and because the glitch is apparently known to moderators, I'd like for the cosmetic items to be removed from my inventory and for the event points to be refunded to my account. The only item I'm using currently is the Red Punk Jacket which I wouldn't mind keeping that on my account. I've included a screenshot showing it was never showing that it required event points. Thank you for your time!
