Especially for venusaur. I would also like to suggest the location for A tm teacher/tm vendor in the weather institute (whichever fits better). Most pokemon like Venusaur only learn weatherball via TM in Gen8 because Hidden Power got removed. Norex Posted July 4, 2020 Share Posted July 4, 2020 The TM does not exist in Gen7 and PRO is on Gen7. There is a reason why the TM was introduced in Gen8 and wasnt available in Gen7.
