There's a theory going around that the Megastone for Heracross is obtainable if you beat Bugsy for the third time and choose Heracross.

 

We're also trying to check all Mazes (Petalburg; Viridian) to see if it's hidden as an item there.

Yeah I selected Heracross from the list of 3rd win options. Went for shiny chance, but not sure if that would make any difference.
