Hello; I accidentally deleted my suicune.

 

I was releasing all the pokes i don't need and i accidentally deleted my suicune, and i only noticed it half an hour after it, so i don't have a screen :/

I caught it thanks to world quest, so I can't get it back if i beat nikola.

PLS HELP

I need help please, i was deleting pokemons for my móbile and i accidentally deleted an exeggcute and when i was going to save the ID the game was closed.

 

It was an exeggcute modest 20+ ivs and 18 atk esp and it was my last pc case.
