hi i just doing breezy fall quest, i just catch pretty good ada riolu, and then, there 1 move tutor npc ask to show riolu, idk if he ask me to give it, is my riolu recoverable?

Hello, two days ago I cleaned boxes and today I realized that I lost a pokemon, I don't have photos of the id.
He was a level 100 Pidgeot with the ability: Tangled Feet.
I don't remember the Nature of it, just that it increased his Def and that he had an IV of 31 in speed.
Max Ev's on Def and HP.
His moveset was:
-Take Down
- Roost
-Feather Dance
-Sand Attack
