Incorrect. As you stated: The winner has already mentioned he is on Gold, therefore, you will be moving to Gold. No explicit agreement has been made, which means you will have to abide Forum rules. Unless you have evidence of the said agreement: If you refuse to do move, this will be viewed as a Rule breaking, which will lead to punishments to your account. Sorry but according to this rule I believe what i have mentioned is not wrong and it applies to auction as well and ig it counts as an agreement because before taking bids i have mentioned to players to check all the details in of auction This rule does not apply when there is an explicit written agreement between the buyer and seller about who will transfer to honour the deal.

Hello @A1playz123 This statement I have underlined with red is not valid. The moment you decided to make an auction on Forum Cross Server, you will be forced to follow it's rules. As stated in rules: Therefore, you will have to move to the server the winner is at. @Feliximanuel as stated you are not allowed to withdraw a bid once placed. I have edited back your offer, please be mindful doing this in the future, can lead to Trade Punishments on your account. As you not only withdrew a bid, you have also edited to a lower value from 4.6m to 4.5m. I will void your 4.6m bid, as it would be unfair to @Grabarz23 as he outbidded the 4.5m since he didnt know you had edited to a lower amount. As such, you have been punished for Withdrawing & Lowering your bid. With that said the winner is @Grabarz23 with a 4.66m bid. @A1playz123Make sure to swap servers and finish this deal.
