-1, changing ivs of normal pokemon is not fun. Making game easy is not good. Auction house is not priority imo. Maybe on the future but not rn. +1 for quest tracker.

Just my oppinion, but being able to change event form IVs wouldnt take all the fun of the events and normal forms? You could have a six team of godly event forms i dont think thats a good idea, so i strongly disagree on that suggestion.
