Absolutely not.
Pros:
Maximize damage from moves like Gyro Ball.
0.0000000298023224 % chance to get a 31 31 0 x 31 31 ferrothorn
that would deal :
0 Atk Ferrothorn Gyro Ball (97 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Clefable: 174-206 (44.1 - 52.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
Possible damage amounts: (174, 176, 180, 180, 182, 186, 186, 188, 192, 192, 194, 198, 198, 200, 204, 206)
vs
0.0000000349294326 % chance to get a 31 31 1 x 31 31 ferrothorn
that would deal :
0 Atk Ferrothorn Gyro Ball (95 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Clefable: 170-204 (43.1 - 51.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
Possible damage amounts: (170, 174, 176, 176, 180, 182, 182, 186, 188, 188, 192, 194, 194, 198, 200, 204)
to gain a MASSIVE 1% damage? Is that considered a benefit?
Pros:
2.Your Pokemon has a higher chance to go last.
3.Your Pokemon will be faster in Trick Room teams.
Those 2 points are the same. Weather setter tho if we want to add something.
Pros:
4.Will be the same as in original games.
I like this game because it's inspired and not a carbon copy. So it's not really a pro. There is an endless list of features in original games that are unpraticable on an MMO.
Also we have those special contents that make the game unique in its gender, it's so precious and I feel it's one of the reason people love this game although we really get mad
from time to time about crashes and stuff, but we are always back at it, happy to play.
Don't justify action with "it's like the original game!". I don't see it as a pro or as a true motivation.
Con:
1. It will be harder to get higher IV Pokemon statistically (Chance for a 6x31 Pokemon changes from 1/887.503.681 to 1/1.073.741.824).
The list's format is beautiful: 4 pros vs 1 cons, the perfect deal.
But the thing is...to achieve those 4 "pros", you have to face that giant cons.
Tl;Dr:
There are 2 lotteries:
In the first you have to guess 5 numbers and you can win 100$
In the second you have to guess 6 numbers and you can win 101$
The choice is obvious.
