Hi there, There's a bit of a naming bug in our database where certain moves sharing words with another move only show one of the moves; the current known workaround is to simply learn the undesired move first, and then learn the desired one after. For instance, to learn 'Spikes' on Forretress, you may need to learn 'Toxic Spikes' first, as shown below: And upon learning 'Toxic Spikes', the move 'Spikes' will now appear, as shown below: Kind Regards, Astraea.

Hi there, Hopefully the next server reboot forces your client to properly reload its maps. If not, can you try to clear your cookies/cache, and while your game client is open, press F2 to open up the console, and type in "clearmaps"? Then, completely restart your client and see if this solves your issue. You may also want to try clearing any temp files and ensure that previous PRO versions are on your computer. Hi there, The most recent downtime, which had happened just about a few minutes ago, was an unexpected crash. As you know, unexpected crashes are unexpected; there is nothing we can do to warn players about them. We always warn players at least 10 minutes before downtime for routine maintenance, however. Apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused; the eggs, particularly on the Blue server, were bugged. We've recently rolled out bug fixes for them in the past 15 minutes. Completely restart your client and interact with the eggs again; if it says they've already been picked, you should be good to continue with your hunt! If you're still encountering errors or dialogues that are improper, quote me and let me know which egg location you're having trouble with along with the dialogue. A screenshot in this scenario would be great! Kind Regards, Astraea.

Hi there, To answer your first question: Yes, the requirement for playtime hours can be cumulative across all servers. Regarding your other questions, I highly suggest you read the Server Merge FAQ, and look at the Name Change/Account Reset Megathread. Hi there, I'm extremely sorry for the loss of your Rotom and I understand how frustrating it can be, especially given how rare the Pokemon is. Unfortunately, it appears the Rotom was never wholly saved in the database, therefore we are unable to retrieve your Rotom. This may have been due to a server crash or a disconnection on your side; while we are constantly trying to improve our sever stability, but it isn't perfect. As stated in the Issue Guide: To learn more on preventing rollbacks, please read this thread. By using the techniques listed in the aforementioned thread, the chances of you losing any recently acquired game objects are at a reduced rate.
