  1. You'll need to defeat the 8th gym and receive the gym badge in order to go back to Kanto, unfortunately. Unfortunately, it used to be in the game but to my knowledge, it has been removed awhile ago. If this isn't the case feel free to correct me. Kind Regards, Astraea.

  6. Hi there, Have you activated your account? You should have received an e-mail with an activation link. You could also log into your PRO Dashboard to see if that solves the issue; if you're able to log into the dashboard, you should be able to log into the game. If you've done the above to no avail, make sure your password doesn't contain special characters, such as "[] {} () é à ù %$#@!&* : ; . , º ª ¢ /\", as our client has issues with processing them. Also, make sure your password is not too long, as that could be another issue. Let me know if you encounter any more issues or these solutions do not work for you. Kind Regards, Astraea.

Hi there, There's a bit of a naming bug in our database where certain moves sharing words with another move only show one of the moves; the current known workaround is to simply learn the undesired move first, and then learn the desired one after. For instance, to learn 'Spikes' on Forretress, you may need to learn 'Toxic Spikes' first, as shown below: And upon learning 'Toxic Spikes', the move 'Spikes' will now appear, as shown below: In regards to the Altaria, it's moveset isn't wholly implemented in our game currently, therefore Cotton Guard is unavailable for the time being.   8. Hi, Brave Bird is not a priority move, so if you are slower than the other player's Pokemon, your Skarmory will move second. You may have thought that Brave Bird was a priority move due to Talonflame's ability Gale Wings, which gives his flying moves priority when at full health.   9. Hi there, The alert from your anti-virus was merely a false positive that was triggered and your computer is safe as long as you are downloading from the official download links. The reason why there is a false positive in the system is due to how we obfuscate our code to make our client more secure. As most viruses are also hidden in the same manner, the anti-virus detects it as a potential threat anyway. I hope this clears up your concerns; if you want to do any further testing, you are free to test do some testing; here's a Guide on Troubleshooting False Positives; VirusTotal is also a good site as another check to determine a possible virus. Feel free to test PRO files. As quoted in the Issue Guide: At the moment, these are the current known workarounds, so let me know if they work for you. We don't normally refund NPC transactions due to user error, but we've reimbursed you the $100,000 Pokedollars while removing the monthly pass from your account considering that you bought it during the main story. In the future, please be careful and fully read the dialogues when speaking to NPCs that you are not familiar with to avoid cases like these.   16. Hi there, Sorry to hear that your e-mail got hacked. You can change your e-mail by clicking your name in the top-right corner and selecting "Account Details". You should be brought to a landing page; on the e-mail line, click "Change" and you'll be prompted to change your e-mail. Now, you'll be prompted to enter in the new e-mail and your current password; keep in mind that you may need to reconfirm this e-mail, so make sure it's typed in correctly!   18. Hi there, After some discussion with the team, the Pokeballs are indeed unable to be mailed and is actually intended. I regret to be the bearer of such bad news, but unfortunately, Pokeballs can be too easily abused for early game stuff, especially in the case of scams, therefore we will not be allowing them to be mailed. I'm also afraid that we cannot grant your request to spawn them and delete them on the other account. According to one of our staff members with the same phone, they had issues downloading PRO with Chrome and used Opera instead.
