  2. Hi there, I'm extremely sorry for the crash you've experienced and I understand how frustrating it can be. We are constantly trying to improve our sever stability, but it isn't perfect. We've recently done a maintenance on our servers that appear to have kept Red and Yellow a lot more stable, but Blue appears to still be a bit laggy. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your losses being due to a crash or rollback. As stated in the Issue Guide: To learn more on preventing rollbacks, please read this thread. By using the techniques listed in the aforementioned thread, the chances of you losing any recently acquired game objects are at a reduced rate. I understand that this may not pertain exactly to crashing whilst battling, but it should help for other crash cases that you may encounter.   4. Hi there, Currently, the PRO staff team has no plans to implement Fly outside of battle. In many MMOs, fast traveling is a healthy money sink. As PRO is also an MMO, we have implemented fast traveling via train and subway for such purposes. As you can conclude, implementing Fly to work outside of battle would completely defeat the means. All the requirements you've listed are indeed part of one quest: The Subway Quest. When completed, you unlock the option to use the subway for fast travelling purposes, which can suitably replace Fly outside of battle. To be truthful, receiving HM Fly is not meant to be the main purpose to finish the quest, unless you would need it as part of a moveset you desire. Keep in mind that once you finish the Subway Quest, traveling between towns in the same region will cost you $2,500 PokeDollars, while traveling between towns from separate regions will cost you $5,000. The Subway Quest applies to Kanto and Johto only, however; if you wish to unlock fast travelling for Hoenn and Sinnoh, take a look at the Hoenn Teleport Quest. Hi there, Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer name changes to the community unless their name is deemed inappropriate by PRO standards and they have met certain hourly requirements to warrant one. If you are displeased with the username that you've originally signed up under, keep in mind that you can have up to four accounts—with all four accounts being under a separate e-mail. (Unless you already have four accounts signed up; then I'm afraid you'll just have to stick with your current usernames). Therefore, if you truly wish to play with a different username, you can sign up for another account. You are allowed to trade between your accounts as you wish, therefore you can transfer your money and Pokemon over to the newer account. The reason why there is a false positive in the system is due to how we obfuscate our code to make our client more secure. As most viruses are also hidden in the same manner, the anti-virus detects it as a potential threat anyway.   17. Hi there, As you said, it appears that the Sableye in question is no longer on your account. Do you have an ID of this Sableye? It would greatly help us find out what happened to it. If you've ever shared your account with someone, it is possible that they may have released it awhile ago and the data has since been wiped from our database. It could have also been possibly traded away, but we cannot know for certain without the ID of the Pokemon. If you use multiple accounts, be sure to check every account for it, as you may have mistakenly left it on an alternate. With that said, please take a look at the PRO Black Screen/Mono Workaround; yes, you will need to disable your antivirus, but it is only for a few steps and shouldn't pose any issue.
