Hi there, Assuming you've tried Jilan and Voldis4's workarounds, your ISP may be blocking PRO. Recently, players with Comcast appear to be having connectivity issues and being stuck in a loading map screen. If this is your provider, you may need to use a VPN in order to play. Hi there, Are you sure you're clicking yes on the dialogue box that appears after the Haunter has been traded back to you? If you do not click Yes, the Haunter will not evolve. If this is not the case, could you be a bit more descriptive? Is the box not appearing for you at all? Do you play on an Android or PC? More information will better help me assist you. Hi there, I've looked over your error log and it appears that your graphics card driver has crashed. First, please go ahead and make sure that your graphics card driver is up to date. It appears you're running an AMD Graphics Card, therefore, you can try to use the AMD Autodetect Tool to get it running the latest version. If it crashes upon update, I'd highly suggest trying to do a clean install next. You can also try to make an exception in your antivirus for PRO if this does not work for you. Hi there, The reason why there is a false positive in the system is due to how we obfuscate our code to make our client more secure. As most viruses are also hidden in the same manner, the anti-virus detects it as a potential threat anyway. I hope this clears up your concerns; if you want to do any further testing, you are free to test do some testing; here's a Guide on Troubleshooting False Positives; VirusTotal is also a good site as another check to determine a possible virus.
