Hi there, Were you sure that you had a full party before evolving? I have just tested both evolutions and can confirm that they are working properly. As quoted in the List of evolutions coded differently in PRO guide: If you are completely sure that you had a full party, what do you recall doing before evolving the Nincada? Which slot was the Nincada in? Let me know as much information as possible so I can do my best to try to replicate the bug.

If you're relatively new, you can do the Officer Jemy Bounties, as they should give you a handful of PokeDollars. Hi there, I have tested this on my account and can confirm I am able to trade these type of Pokemon; can you make sure your Cubchoo and/or Beartic is not in the 4th slot? The 4th slot is known to be bugged at the moment which may be what you're experiencing. Kind Regards, Astraea.

Hi there, Based on your screenshot, it appears that the Super Repel is working as intended: As it appears the first member of your party is Level 6, this is the reason why wild Pokemon are appearing. I'd suggest putting your Level 100 Kingdra in your first slot and then repelling through Victory Road; you shouldn't encounter any wild Pokemon as long as your repel is still running. I hope I could answer your concerns! If you find anything else that appears to be wrong, feel free to report it to us. I'll now lock this specific topic as what you have reported is not a bug. Hi there, Unfortunately, we do not transfer game data between servers due to technical limitations and the potential consequences a transfer can cause, which is addressed in the Suggestions Megathread. You're free to start a save file on the Yellow server, however; you just will not be able to transfer any game data from Blue to Yellow. Hi there, The alert from your anti-virus was merely a false positive that was triggered and your computer is safe as long as you are downloading from the official download links. The reason why there is a false positive in the system is due to how we obfuscate our code to make our client more secure. As most viruses are also hidden in the same manner, the anti-virus detects it as a potential threat anyway. I hope this clears up your concerns; if you want to do any further testing, you are free to test do some testing; here's a Guide on Troubleshooting False Positives; VirusTotal is also a good site as another check to determine a possible virus. Hi there, After checking the database for this shiny Geodude, it appears you may have lost it in a crash or rollback. We are constantly trying to improve our sever stability, but it isn't perfect. I regret to inform you that we are unable to restore your Geodude due to the rollback, as it was never fully saved into the database in the first place. As stated in the Issue Guide: To learn more on preventing rollbacks, please read this thread. By using the techniques listed in the aforementioned thread, the chances of you losing any recently acquired game objects are at a reduced rate. Hi there, I'm extremely sorry for the lag and disconnects you've experienced and I understand how frustrating it can be. We are constantly trying to improve our sever stability, but it isn't perfect. The recent maintenance has made Red and Yellow much more stable, but Blue appears to have some issues. Since the Red and Blue servers are planned to merge in the near future, we are likely going to wait until then to try to optimize server uptime. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your losses being due to a crash or rollback. As stated in the Issue Guide: To learn more on preventing rollbacks, please read this thread. By using the techniques listed in the aforementioned thread, the chances of you losing any recently acquired game objects are at a reduced rate. Hi there, Doing the aforementioned steps in my first response should allow the game to start running properly. The alert from your anti-virus was merely a false positive that was triggered and your computer is safe as long as you are downloading from the official download links. Hi there, I'm sorry to say that we cannot de-evolve or change your Rotom's form. A few members of the staff team have tested the Rotom-Heat evolution and we can confirm that said evolution in the Jagged Pass works as intended. Do you have any screenshots of your Rotom trying to evolve into Rotom-Wash at the Jagged Pass, or maybe other possible evidences? Kind Regards, Astraea.

Hi there, It appears you have an escape rope in your inventory. If you are still stuck despite relogging after seeing this response, can you try to use an escape rope? You should be transferred to your last visited PC by using it, which should "unstuck" you. Kind Regards, Astraea.
