  1. Hi there, We've attempted to rectify this situation on our side; could you have a look and see if Flint is now in his room and challengeable? Kind Regards, Astraea.
  2. Hi there, I've sent you to your last visited PC. Can you have a check and confirm with me that you're able to move properly now? Kind Regards, Astraea.
  3. As it appears you've now successfully completed the quest, I'll now lock this thread. I wish you a good rest of your day! - Locked -
  4. Locking this thread as solved. Enjoy the rest of your week! - Locked -
  5. Glad to hear things worked out for you perfectly! Since your issue is solved, I'll now lock this topic. Have a great rest of your week and I hope you continue enjoying PRO! Kind Regards, Astraea. - Locked -
  6. Hi there, Unfortunately, the evolution for Spritzee is not coded at the moment. You can find a full list of evolutions that are not coded or are coded differently here. In the future, keep an eye out on the Downloads & Update Logs when it does get added into the game! Sorry for an inconveniences this has caused you. Kind Regards, Astraea. - Locked -
  7. Hi MrManGER, We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused by the server crash. We've recovered your Ditto from the NPC and it should be in the last box of your PC. If you would kindly hand over the Ditto to the Youngster again, you should be able to redo the quest without consequence! Let me know if you have any complications in doing so. Kind Regards, Astraea.
  8. Hi there, I've checked your inventory and it appears you do have the Basement Key as well as the Fresh Water, so please try to continue on the story normally: Your next step is to deliver a Fresh Water to the guard and have a Pokémon that knows sleep powder in order to knock the guard out in the Department Store basement. You can get Fresh Water from the vending machine at the top floor of the Goldenrod Dept Store. As for Sleep Powder, you can get an Oddish, or evolve a Caterpie into a Butterfree and train them to learn Sleep Powder. After acquiring both the Fresh Water and a Pokemon with Sleep Powder, you may now head to the basement to subdue the guard! For future reference, you can also look at the Johto Walkthrough and follow the steps listed there. Let me know if any problems continue to persist. Lastly, I'd like to add to keep your issue to one thread; please do not make multiple topics on one issue as it veers on spam. Kind Regards, Astraea.
  9. Hi there, I've just tested this dig spot and I can confirm it works just fine for me. Does the problem still persist for you? If so, have you noticed a possible pattern/cause leading up to the bug, or maybe a video of it? This would greatly assist us in determining the underlying cause of this issue. Kind Regards, Astraea.
  10. I will now lock this thread as the issue is already known to our developers; thanks for reporting anyway, and if you find something that is bugged or not coded and also not on the list that hahahaka has linked, please let us know! - Locked -

  12. Hi Georgepaul7, This visual bug is known to happen at times, and a likely cause is because you've logged out recently whilst in battle on the current running client. It doesn't affect the game in any manner and restarting your client should fix it; thank you for reporting anyway and have a good rest of your week! Kind Regards, Astraea.
  13. Hi there, As Gouldy has mentioned, Serperior learns Defog starting in Generation 7; as PRO is currently run on Generation 6, we do not allow Serperior to learn it at this time. However, we do have plans for the game to be updated to Generation 7, so keep a lookout for that from the Downloads and Update Logs! If you find something that doesn't match up with the current generation PRO is run on, feel free to report and let us know so we can rectify the issue. Kind Regards, Astraea. - Locked -
  14. Hi TFA1884, I've checked the NPC myself and I believe the cause of your battle may have been to severe lag. I can bring up this NPC with our Content Scripters to possibly troubleshoot it, but I would highly suggest troubleshooting your connection as that appears to have been the culprit. Here's a quick WikiHow Guide to test your ping and latency; this may tell you the general health of your internet and may confirm the problem. Kind Regards, Astraea.
  15. Hi DJonasty, I'm extremely sorry for all the server crashes and the inconveniences it has caused. We're constantly trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes crash. We've recently given compensation to all players that were recently active and therefore affected by this. (You can read more about it here). However, for the quest, you don't need to level a Larvitar; just an untrained Gyarados should suffice. If you're particularly scared about losing money, I highly suggest moving the money to an alternate account. Once again, I'm extremely sorry for your case, but as there is nothing I can do, I'll now lock this topic and I wish you a good day. Kind Regards, Astraea. - Locked -

  17. Hi there, It appears when you posted, the server was indeed down and has since been rebooted. In the future, please observe our following General Support rule: As mentioned in the Read this before making a General Support topic, here's a way to troubleshoot whenever you get hit by a "Cannot cannot to server" message: -[/hr] Please note that, when servers go up after a crash, a large amount of people try to log in, resulting in a ghost queue: - Locked -

  19. Hi Darthwii, I'm extremely sorry for the inconvenience and I understand how frustrating it can be to lose a rare Pokemon as a result of the server crash. We are constantly trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes crash. Unfortunately, we do not do personal refunds for server crashes, however, if the crashes are particularly often in a short period of time, we usually compensate the community in some way, such as the most recent MS/Coins Extension. I regret to inform you that there is nothing we can do to refund your Dratini or your money spent in the Safari. To prevent rollbacks from server crashes as much as possible, I highly recommend reading this thread. There are ways to make up for your lost money, however. I would highly suggest doing the dig spots around Kanto and Johto to look for buried treasure. In order to reap the benefits of Dig Spots, you need a Pokemon with 150 Happiness that knows the move Dig. You can buy Dig (TM 28) from Celadon Mart for $3,500 Pokedollars. You can find the various locations in this guide. Dig spots give out a plethora of items, however, you want to be looking out for Nuggets, Pearls, Star Pieces, and other valuables items. These valuable items can be sold to the Item Maniac, located at the end of Route 25 above Cerulean City. Should you be lucky enough to receive many of these valuables from dig spots, your profits can be several hundred thousands of Pokedollars. Other items —primarily evolutionary items and stones—can also be sold to other players. These items include Protectors, Magmarizers, King’s Rocks, Dawn Stones, Dusk Stones, Rare Candies, etc. If you haven't already, I highly suggest doing the Officer Jemy Bounties, as she should give you a handful of PokeDollars. While a bit dated, you can also check Daeon’s Guide to Money Making. Before I close this thread, I'd also like to add that it may be easier for you to purchase a story Dratini from a player in Trade chat as opposed to hunting it in the Safari Exclusive Area, as the spawns are in the morning only and they are also a fairly high rarity tier. That is, of course, if you wouldn't mind it not being your OT. Otherwise, I wish you good luck in your hunt, and I hope you have a great rest of your week! Kind Regards, Astraea. - Locked -
  20. Welcome!!
  21. Hi there, I've checked your variables and are you indeed missing one PC; it seems you haven't checked all the PCs. Since our Content Scripters are quite busy, I'm going to ask you to kindly check all the PCs one more time; to help, here's a list of all the PCs you need to check: Let me know if you've successfully completed this step of the quest after you've done one last complete check, going to ALL the locations listed above; sorry for the inconvenience! Kind Regards, Astraea.
  22. Locking this thread as discussions about bans are not allowed here. Feel free to make an appeal as ProDex mentioned. - Locked -
  23. Hi there, Are you sure you've checked all PCs? The PCs you need to install the software at is completely random, therefore, you may have just been unlucky and missed the PC that you needed to check. Our Content Scripters are very busy and whenever this issue is reported, it is usually due to user error; therefore, I'm going to have to ask you to one complete check. To help you out, here's a list of all the PCs you need to check: Let me know if you've successfully completed this step of the quest after you've done one last complete check; sorry for the inconvenience! Kind Regards, Astraea.
