  1. Hi there, You have stated that you disconnect after a few minutes and it's been a recent issue; this leads me to believe something faulty is happening on your side of the connection. While it is true that our servers do crash, they will not randomly kick only a few players out of the game, therefore, it is likely something on your connection that is causing these random kicks. If you have a tendency to disconnect often, I would highly suggest the following steps: You should also troubleshoot your connection; although your connection can be generally good, a dead signal every so often can cause you to disconnect from the game completely. This is likely to be the case for you. You can check out a few guides that I've found and personally use: Quick Windows Networking Fixes (Windows Only) and Troubleshooting with Ping and Traceroutes (Windows, Apple Mac OS X, and Linux supported). Again, you'll want to look out for any ping falls that may indicate an issue with your connection. Lastly, I would recommend troubleshooting your router as it may have malfunctioned. You'll need to look up the guide to troubleshoot your make and model, but here is a General Router Troubleshooting Guide in the meantime. Also, is your ISP Comcast?   4. Hi there, The game has recently been updated with some Generation 7 elements, part of that giving Gengar the ability Cursed Body instead of Levitate. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do for you as it is not a bug but an intended change.   9. Hi there, Looking further into your case, it appears you may have lost one of your dex entries of the legendary dogs due to some mishap. To restore that data, try to talk to Oak's PC in his lab, as shown below: If that doesn't work, you may want to double-check that that dogs aren't at their locations. You will then get a system message looking exact or very similar to: System: You have used a Small Membership Medallion and Added 15 Days Membership to your Account! The system message may change depending on the type of membership that you have purchased. In the future, you can check if you have a membership by looking at the top left-hand of your screen when in-game; if you see the following icon below, you have a current active membership: Additionally, you can also check your PRO Dashboard and under the server you are playing on, there should be an expiration date under Membership. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your losses being due to a crash or rollback. As stated in the Issue Guide: To learn more on preventing rollbacks, please read this thread. By using the techniques listed in the aforementioned thread, the chances of you losing any recently acquired game objects are at a reduced rate. I realize that may not exactly pertain to what you've just experienced, but it may help further cases you encounter in the future.   20. Hi there, Your computer is not affected by a Trojan Virus. The alert from your anti-virus was merely a false positive that was triggered and your computer is safe as long as you are downloading from the official download links. The reason why there is a false positive in the system is due to how we obfuscate our code to make our client more secure. As most viruses are also hidden in the same manner, the anti-virus detects it as a potential threat anyway. I hope this clears up your concerns; if you want to do any further testing, you are free to test do some testing; here's a Guide on Troubleshooting False Positives; VirusTotal is also a good site as another check to determine a possible virus.
