  5. Hi there, The recent update to Windows Defender appears to be the culprit; the 'trojan' being detected by it is merely a false positive due to the way we obfuscate our code to keep it secure.   11. Hi there, It appears you have a Totodile in your party and also a Level 5 Gastly in your PC; perhaps your client did not completely load through, and therefore, was not showing your Pokemon. If I'm mistakening this and you are still missing another Totodile and Gastly, I'll need an ID for each of them (or at least an approximate time of release), otherwise I cannot recover them for you. As listed on the downloads page, these are the current requirements needed to play PRO: If you do not meet these requirements, I cannot guarantee that PRO will run for you.   13. Hi there, First, have you completely deleted all previous PRO game files from your phone? This could be potentially the reason why the parsing error occurs for you. You should then do a clean install from the Downloads page after making sure that all previous versions are wiped. If the above doesn't work, make sure that all PRO game files are completely wiped, and then make sure your settings allow installation from unknown sources. You can edit this setting by doing the following: After doing the above, do a fresh install of PRO again. Are you also adding the app to an SD card? This may also be a reason why the error occurs; in this case, using file manager apps like AndExplorer or installing the appropriate APK files should also fix the issue. Lastly, if none of the above have worked for you, I highly recommend upgrading your OS to the latest version. Let me know if any of these solutions work for you. Kind Regards, Astraea.
  14. Hi there, There is no ETA for megas in PRO, and at this time, we are unsure if we are ever going to implement it. If we decide to add in megas, we would likely have to re-code the entire framework that PRO is running on currently, which would take an extraordinary amount of time.   15. Hi ultimaking, Unfortunately, I cannot find the Vulpix that you are said to have caught. Do you have a screenshot or ID of the Pokemon in question? If the ID was 0 and never wholly saved, you may have gotten hit by a rollback; for rollback cases, I regret to inform you that we cannot restore the Pokemon for you, as it was never registered in the database in the first place. To avoid them as much as possible, read this thread. In regards to your Master balls, it appears you've recently invoked the Heatran quest. You'll need to talk to Buck at the end of the quest in order to retrieve them, but they are safe! Kind Regards, Astraea.

  17. Hi there, I'm extremely sorry for the inconveniences this jam has caused you, but from how I'm understanding your explanation, this appears to be some sort of hardware issue on your side. I would highly recommend trying to troubleshoot why your device doesn't respond to your taps, or perhaps bringing it to a repair store. Regardless of which side is at fault of the disconnect (be it the user or the server itself crashing), unfortunately we do not provide any refunds of any sort due to a disconnection.   21. Hi there, Have you already defeated Deoxys? If so, you'll need to find Rayquaza in order to go back to Earth. He should be in one of the caves where you need to use Flash. When you interact with him, you'll be taken back to Earth. If this isn't the case, could you be a bit more specific as what is happening in regards to the bug? Does Deoxys not appear for you, period?
