  2. Hi there. Are you playing on your PC? If so, please try the following. If you're playing on Android, please try tor reinstall the game on your phone. Don't forget you have to uninstall your old PRO files and delete all old data before doing so. • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager
  3. Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Developers may be busy.

  6. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  9. Hi there. According to our Content Scripters, there was actually a minor change in levels of the pokemon. Hope this clarifies things for you. Right now we have no news as to when or if they'll be reverted. I've forwarded your concern to a Content Scriper though.

  11. Hi there! According to a Content Scripter, Ash isn't supposed to give you a 3rd time syncable/shiny reward. Some bosses really aren't meant to give you Syncable 3rd time rewards or shinies. Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand.

  20. Hi there. First of all, regarding your first concern, those moves are completely different from each other and have their own corresponding strengths. However, that mindset won't really change how you level. You can always read more on those moves by doing ^info <move> in #bot-commands in our PRO Official Discord. You may also use websites like Bulbapedia. Now as for an easy leveling guide, please check out this guide.

  22. Hi there. I'll answer your questions below! 1) Can I trade my fossils with other players? You can't trade the physical item of the fossil. However, you can trade them once they're revived. Please do note that you need the 4th Gym Badge in Kanto to be able to trade with other players and use the trade chat. 2) What is the time of cool down of diggable places? I mean if I dug today in one spot, which day I'll be able to do it again? Dig spots are on a 3 real life day cooldown!

This is a well known issue and unfortunately, trading a pokemon before it has its ID number assigned may cause the OT to become blank. I'll let you know when your OT has been fixed.
