  1. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ.
  2. Hi there. Could you try to clear cache and cookies on Firefox before downloading? Make sure you've deleted all your old PRO Files. After installing from Firefox, be sure to reset app permissions. Hopefully this will fix things this time.

  8. Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be discussed in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not performed without proper evidence.   9. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try to adjust your GUI scale accordingly in the Options of your game? This should be able to adjust the size of the interface. Nevertheless, fully restarting your game should be able to sort out your issue. Let me know if you need further help.
  10. Hi there. Unfortunately, there isn't really a specific amount of data usage that can be determined. I suggest you don't play PRO on data due to this and to save your data. Nevertheless, a few hours uses a few Megabites (15, as stated in a previous thread). However, this could be inaccurate and there's no guarantee that it will always use that much data. Wish I could give you an exact number. Let me know if you need anything else.
  11. Hi there. Please do note that Boss has been transferred to Dock Island, in the house to the very left across the water. You can access Dock Island by talking to the Sailor in Olivine City. Do note that you need to have completed the Johto Elite 4 before you can go there. The requirements for Boss are as follows: 6 level 100 pokemon, 200 hours playtime.   13. Hi there. I've gone over and checked your variables and I'm glad to inform you that your pokeballs are fine. Yes, all 565 of your Pokeballs and 3 of your Great Balls are fine. It seems as if you're in the middle of the Pinkan Island Quest. You'll have to completely finish the Pinkan Island Quest to get your Pokeballs back. It's possible to be coded in teh future, but there is also no estimated time as to when it'll be coded as our Developers are rather busy with bringing several new things to PRO for new and old players to enjoy.   23. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Vermilion is simply a good place to do trades as it is in Kanto and by the docks which can help you access different regions if needed. Also, there is an ongoing Halloween Spawn Event, which contributes to why there are a lot of people there. It's possible that they're hunting for the Halloween Squirtle. You can read more about that on our Spawn Changelog. As for the Radio, there is no purpose to that. The area Northeast of Vermilion is where the Easter Plateau was for the Easter event. Unfortunately, you can't access the area as of now because the event isn't active anymore. Please stay tuned in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for further announcements on events.
