Suicune now requires Waterfall to access. So you need to go up that waterfall, then surf a bit and you should see Suicune.

Beating hannah with 5 level 25 pokemon.
Starlight replied to Imagelessjt's topic in NPC Battle Guides
Oh hey, it's the classic FEAR strategy xD -
I like the idea. I've been waiting for a catchable Latias XD
-
Heard there are abandoned shinx and bronzor too somewhere, not sure if that's true, but if it is true, hopefully people post screenshots soon XD

Yeah, logically, they should be able to add them in the same way Pinks and Clones are added into the game. But it might be a low priority thing for them. Still, I wish we eventually get Alolan Forms, if not the whole Alola dex.

+1 In fact, wasn't the cooldown for another thing (iirc headbutt trees, either that or excavation sites) changed some time ago for the exact same reason?
-
Also, if you can get items like Nugget, Pearl, Star Piece, and Mushrooms, you can sell them to an NPC for money.

I'd go with Turtwig, simply because I already have lv100 Infernape and Empoleon, so I'd like to get a motivation for a lv100 Torterra xD Turtwig line also does fine (read: either resist, does normal damage, or super effective) against most of the Gyms in Sinnoh, the only exception being the 7th gym which is Ice. Chimchar is also a good idea for those who wants to have at least one Fire-type , because those who have played the official games would know, Sinnoh has an extreme lack of Fire-types. Good thing PRO seems to be using Platinum spawn instead of D/P spawn, otherwise, your only other option for Fire-type before the E4 is literally just Rapidash. Yes, just one, and it's not even a good poke! Platinum spawn means we're getting Magmar and Houndour as well. Piplup, on the other hand, has very early access to strong moves like Surf and Ice Beam, along with the stats to use them well. It also means you won't have to catch a Water-type for Surf since you already have one. Only weakness is that Empoleon won't get that Flash Cannon anytime soon due to being a TM tutor move in PRO, so Metal Claw is your only option for Steel STAB, which only works on mixed/physical build.

There was a thread about three different people each having one shiny with the exact same stats. Different Pokemon, but all three of them have the same nature and IVs. I recall one of them being Hydreigon, the other is Snorlax, forgot what's the third one. Yours is the first time I see someone with exact same Pokemon. I guess it's something with the game's roll for nature, IV, and shininess.

First they have to figure out how to program in-battle form changes into PRO xD Never mind Mega Evolution, we still have things like Castform and Aegislash whose ability is useless because they can't form change.

Thor Suggestion: make it so that if a DC while battling inside bug catching area happens, the guard npc allows you to go to judging room right away. Make the guard npc give you an item when entering bug catching area, which is taken away by the judge npc. Meaning if you are in national park with the item, you were DC-ed, and can go to the judging room.

PRO is almost 2 years old, there bounds to be people with more than 1k hours playtime  Also, Genesect is one of the most powerful legend in the franchise. Its base SpAtk and base Atk are equal to Arceus', with its only drawback being its 99 base Speed, which is still really fast especially when Scarfed. And being Bug/Steel means it only has 1 weakness, along with 8 resistances and 1 immunity. And its Download ability, when it works properly, means it can get a stat boost for free just for being sent into the battle, and the stat increase makes use of its opponent's lower defensive stat, meaning if you have something with bad SpDef (which means it takes huge damage from Special attacks), Genesect's Special attack will hit even harder thanks to Download, ensuring a one hit KO. So it makes sense that they put that 150+ IV and 1000 hours playtime requirement on it. The requirement needs to be really hard for such a strong legend.

basically this I guess that means excavation contents will be available in future areas. Though, if you do remove Pinkan in the future, it should return with a revamp once you're done with Orange Islands, since there's no other way to get Pink pokemon besides the island. I still want more Pinks lol Pink Bellossom and Pink Rhyperior are even worse, they are entirely missing, not even the sprite is there. Speaking of missing sprite, apparently Shiny Pumpkaboo is also missing its sprite. Saw someone selling Shiny Pumpkaboo a few days ago, but despite the purple link, the image shows a normal Pumpkaboo instead.

Hope we can get this soon, if it's possible to be done :D

Cool down timer for bug contest zone and excavations
Starlight replied to Olmosdog's topic in Suggestions
Excavation sites might be really hard since all stones has its own timer. Makes sense that Thor doesn't want to touch it XD But thanks for the bug catching area timer :D -
Getting 150+ total IV most likely guarantees 1st place in the bug catching contest, but I wonder what if we don't get 1st place, will we be able to get Genesect anyway? XD Also is it a guarantee (as in, 100% chance for Genesect battle), or is it a chance (as in, even if you submit a 150+ IV Pokemon, it's not guaranteed that you will get Genesect)?

I suggest promoting this topic in the game as well, since 2 weeks without any new reply is rather concerning. Also, this is less about the videos and more about the in-game situation, but since this is also about music, I guess I'll also mention it here...... Would be even better if you also recruit people to improve the BGM in the game xD There are only what, 3-5 BGMs for ALL areas? People ends up turning off sound since it's so boring, leaving the BGM more like a useless feature. Not to mention the randomization means endgame dungeon sometimes gets the cheerful Unova Route 1 music, which severely kills the mood. Or the standard early route getting the creepy dungeon music, which is just plain weird. IMO randomization is fine, but it should be modified so that areas don't end up with inappropriate BGM. Maybe if someone make some music, you can use a few for videos, and put a few others into the game?

Yeah, Local chat as it is right now is incredibly useless yet cannot be removed. Would be nice to see a revamp of it.

Re: Newbie's 11th Map <t>The 10th makes me think of Lacunosa Town in Unova combined with that one walled city in Pokemon Uranium.<br/> Not saying that's bad, in fact I actually like that.<br/> <br/> The 11th, I like how despite being a single route, it has three different parts inaccessible from each other. (Or two parts, assuming both cave entrance connects into the same cave)</t>

Gible is pretty much the only reason why you want to go there, since everything else in there can be encountered outside the Moon. Gible needs Jolly Nature, can be encountered all the time, and does not require MS. And yes, it's a rare spawn. By the way, you'll be forced to go there as part of Hoenn's main story in PRO, and you''ll be forced to go there again if you want to catch Jirachi.

I hope after Sinnoh they rework the PC next.

I think her parents are not programmed into the game, it was just a simple quest to heal your Pokemon (after the tree thing, when you found her on the right area of the Vulcan Path map, she will heal your Pokemon once). She's just lonely because her parents are still in town and she had no one to play with in there, so we play with her, and as a reward, she heals our Pokemon. The family in Vulcan Town might actually refer to the blue-haired girl in the same room as them, since that girl does say a strange thing.

Hoenn Excavation Sites (after rework in January)

Shiny rock or regular rock? -
Yeah, it seems to be the same case with Parasect being unable to relearn Spore if it doesn't know Stun Spore. .....this thread isn't about move relearner though XD
