    Close your client completly and start it again. If you level them up once more now they should evolve.

    Your Eevee will only try to evolve into Espeon upon reaching the max amount of happiness. So you would need to faint it in a wild battle to lose some happiness first and then get it to the max happiness during daytime (10:00 - 20:00 ingame time) again. Happiness evolutions dont require a level-up for the evolution, its only about reaching the max happiness.

    Hey, it was been suggested a lot of times already and its planned to add more animations but its impossible to give any ETA regarding that as the artists are really busy with other staff and there is a very limited manpower amongst them too.
